This chapter was so full of emotion, and I really love the way you use language and imagery to show that emotion. Tom is very relatable! I can totally relate, and I bet others can too. It's making me feel for all of them!

Ouch. I love the way you described the feeling of an electrical charge every time they brushed past. A good shock or bad, I don't know. This is so melancholy already, but I can't wait to read more!

Oh jeez, this is a kick to the gut already. I really need to go back and re-read this whole series, but I got so excited when I saw you posted this, I had to read it right away! I have no idea where you're going to take this. I'm just going to buckle in (with a box of tissues) and enjoy the ride.

This has all the markings that it'll be as heartbreaking as the rest of the series has been so far and I must be a glutton for punishment, but I just love how you write these two together, no matter how angsty it gets. And despite thinking that Bill kinda deserves a little punishment after all he's put Tom through, I feel bad seeing him wasting away and lost like this. I'll be looking forward to more.
Author's Response: Hopefully it doesn't get TOO angsty, but you know me and you know these two...sometimes it just happens. ;) It is sad to see Bill wasting away like that, though. Hopefully Tom can help.
