Awe, I'm so sad it's over! I always say good things must come to an end and this was most definitely a good thing!
As sad as I am that it is over, I'm so happy with the way things ended up! There are so many things I want to say but I just don't know where to begin. I loved this so much and I enjoyed reading every single chapter.
Through everything, they all got their happy endings and that makes me so happy.
This is such a wonderful story and you, my dear, are such a wonderful writer!
I can't wait to read more of your stories and I hope there will be more Tom/Bushido to come!

I'd love to do more Tom/Bushido. Right now, I've got a couple different stories in mind, though, and the next one is one I haven't tried before, on 2 levels - Tom/Bill, and starting from their young childhood. Thank you so much for letting me know you read this and enjoyed it, it really means a lot to me :)

It should come as no surprise to you that I feel like crying. What will my weekends become without Delusions of Narcissus? Huh? What do you expect me to do? Go out and get a life? I want to hate it because it's over. It's like a bad breakup. I hate it cause it's over but I'm happy because it happened. Sorry for the delay in reviewing. Well, I didn't exactly suggest that you went with Bill just wanting to get married but...okay, I accept responsibilty for putting the idea in your head. I am so happy that Bill really is just so in love with Kay the 'being husbands' is the most important thing to him. It shows how much growing up he's done since he let Tom back into his life. I think the fact that he's now loved unconditionally by his twin - who will put up with all his peculiarities and cares enough to help him deal with them (even when some are quite freaky, like lusting over Tom) was probably what he needed all along. I think, with the parents he had, that he was quite neglected emotionally as a child and all his attention-seeking was just his way of asking to be loved. So, anyway, psychoanalysis over. As usual loved everything about this chapter. I find it funny as hell that Bill ends up asking Bu for advice, and that Bu is cool enough to give it to him. And when they were both looking at Tom's arse, had me wondering if Bu was going to guess Bill's problem with his twin...until it was clear that Bill was just insecure over whether Bu thought Tom's arse was better than his. Still Bill's immaturity showing through but evidence that, after the self-realisation episode with Tom earlier when he finally got the whole narcissistic element in his psyche, he was managing to overcome his inappropriate feelings for his twin. And... a wedding! Yay. In 7 days! It was absolutely lovely how Kay suddenly realised that Bill's eagerness to be married meant that Bill truly loved him. Hot make up sex but so sweet too. Now you've just got to get Tom and Bu sorted out. Will they end up moving in together? Can't wait to find out. And one last thing, I can't finish without mentioning the whole episode with Bill trying to nick Georg's Cher doll. Hilarious, the fascination with those fashion dolls. Hope you'll give Gus and Georg a happy ending too. Right, 'nough said. Thanks for another amazing chapter.
Author's Response: Hello, Helen! I've been waiting for you! So glad you had a few minutes to respond, I'm sure with classes and family and writing you've been terribly busy. With this chapter, I was thinking about how you felt Bill wouldn't want a cozy little event by the beach and that Las Vegas would be more appropriate. It was a really good point. I think Bill just wants it fast and sweet, though. You know how characters take on lives of their own. I'm just glad this Bill worked out his issues with Tom (I had a whole other option for this story that was really dark, but they just didn't go that way). Hoping you'll like the next chapter, I've been getting it out by the half-sentence at work. Was just too dang tired last week to work on it. Anyway, I hope to see your next chapter soon. Hola mizu sorry for not commenting last chapters, I have little time (damn college), I have to say that I finally got used to the Kay/Bill, I loved it when Bill discovered he was in love with Kay and he told him.
Love how Bu takes care of Tom and Georg thing was so funny.
This chapter surprised me, I thought Queenie didn't want to get married,I felt like Bu; Queenie is unpredictable, I never imagined that he was mad because he wanted to get married right now but I'm glad he's madly in love with Kay...

I was sooooo waiting for Bill to completely freak out on the wedding thing, over the location, the setting, the clothes, the guests, ...
So this is so much better, on another, better level. I should expect this from you, how did I not see it coming?
And Bu is beyond expectations. You got me to completely like this character. It seems he is the most level headed of them, he always knows what to do and what to say. And the way he is surrendering himself to loving Tom, how he is allowing this love to take over his life is very mature.
I had to say this and I go back to reading, I am in the middle of the chapter.

He gets enough big huge parties. I know, I thought his ego would need a huge, huge wedding, and my wheels were turning trying to come up with something that !ueenie would approve of. Paris - too French. On a yacht floating around Sardinia - yawn, he's done the yacht thing. Switzerland - he rolled his eyes, too far away and he's got work to do. Even Milan. I offered him Milan. He wasn't interested! And this was why...I was shocked! As for Bu...he always tends to come out like this for me. I can't figure out why it's so easy for everyone else to make him a bad guy! And the main scene that's stamped on my brain out of this long, long chapter is...Georg all dressed up and doing his thing to Cher. Was his choice of song by any chance influenced by his new addiction to doll-collecting? I'm so glad you gave him a mention in this chapter, and you gotta give us a scene where Gus finds out about his lover's extra-curricualr activities. And as for the rest...Bu and Tom getting interrupted every time they try to get busy. Talk about frustration. The attack in the garage - God, psychos at every twist and turn. And the pap coming to the rescue...way to go to get a good picture. I really felt Tom's wanderlust getting a hold while they were chatting. Even though I don't travel much I get so restless a few times a year I think I'll go crazy for the need to get up and go...somewhere. I think Bu's going to have to either trust him and let him go walkabout for a while, or they're going to be doing the whole wilderness thing together. Bill makes me laugh so much, love his private thoughts, the way he just has to think that Bu still has feelings for him because, really, who could just walk away from Queenie?! Felt sorry for Gordon feeling old and out of the scene while watching his sons and their partners. I'm happy he has Alan, the guy seems really nice and good for him. Wonder if Kay and Bu are feeling weirded out by the twins' closeness, and whether that's going to be an issue. Maybe a little jealousy rearing its head. Apart from that, the whole dinner party scene was hilarious. I could almost see the smoke pouring from Bu's ears while Kay was ribbing him, and Gordon and Alan just carrying on with their conversation while chaos erupted all around them. Oh, and Tom and Bu might be moving in together. Next step...another wedding? As for the location Of Kay and Bill's big day...gotta be Vegas, hasn't it? All glitz and glamour. Not so romantic, but more Bill's scene being in the limelight. Can't see him being happy if Kay whisked him off to a private beach location or something. That's fine for romantic dinner dates, but not for the Queen's crowning moment, surely. But then maybe he'll change now he's in love and as much as he enjoys being spoiled by Kay, maybe he'll decide he's just happy to be getting wed to the man he loves. Have I missed anything out? Probably, because there was so much in this chapter. Did I say how much I loved it? Well, I did...a hell of a lot.
Author's Response: Hello, Helen! Wow, so much to discuss.....yay! Georg and his new Cher obsession?? Why, whatever are you talking about! I'm really hoping I can fit more of him and Gustav into the story, but it's coming to a slow close so I'm not sure how big a scene they'll get. Bu and Tom, I'm sure they finally got to get busy eventually (that was soooo fun). The psychos - rich and famous and gay, those are bound to be crawling around waiting to be tripped over. Tom's wanderlust, I'm thinking that what he's really itching for is to get the hell out of city living for a while. He's a serious introvert, needs lots of peace and quiet. Poor Tom, he's not gonna get that being anywhere in Bill's world, is he? As for Bill, I'm glad you brought up his way of thinking about Bu. He's having to adapt his own history so he's not the one dumped, and he'll probably never allow himself the memory of what he said that was the death knell to their relationship. I love how he makes up his own reality (wish I had that superpower!). I feel sorry for Gordon, but it's time for him to just let go of those insecurities. He's just not adapting well to being in his 50's, poor guy. But he'll get better, I think, and just be happy, maybe retire and marry Allan. I'm glad you enjoyed the dinner scene, it was a lot of fun to write! And I'm so glad you pointed out that Bill wouldn't want a "romantic" private beach scene for the wedding, that Vegas would suite him better. You made a really, really good point and I will definitely be keeping that in mind!

I am expecting a paper on this story, no fewer than eight pages, on the psychological aspects of Bill's narcissism and how it has affected the other major characters in this story. Tom is so cool how he's just nonchalantly very badass, like when he took down that punk. I also like the wanderlust in his character. I love how Bu wants to provide some of that traveling experience with Tom. So sweet~
The twins are so cute at dinner. It seems like everyone I know is getting engaged/married, so it's weird but Bill's plans feel like an extension of my own life in fic. O_O

This chapter was quite, quite perfect. From the twins getting high together and inventing gods to worship and painting Tom's 'cave' with mashmallows and ketchup. To the twin chat about Bill's therapy and the way Tom is so patient and instinctively knows how to respond to Bill and not hurt his feelings. To Kay showing up with yet another huge bouquet, the description Of Bill's doubts and fears over the helicopter ride that quickly morphed into awe when he he was in the air and viewing the city from above, to his marvelling when they landed on the yacht...to his little inner dialogue and dawning realisation that Kay had actually proposed to him. And he said 'yes'. OMG. I wasn't even sure he would. Kay must be the happiest newly-gay rapper alive. This whole chapter had such incredible detail and spot on dialogue. Loved every single word of it. And if the twins need a new God(Goddess)to worship...they should choose you; your writing is nothing less than heavenly.

*gasp* I love marshmallows, though!!!!! I still love you though even though you called them non-food. I'll make up for it by standing firm in my utter hatred for ketchup. But moving on -- them being high with the ketchup and marshmallows was insanely hilarious and kind of weirdly deep. I loved it! And I want to see Bill eating chocolate cake batter with his face so badly now.
Bill's coffee salad purge was painful to read. That kind of motivation is scary. SO, it finally comes out! "borderline narcissistic personality disorder," huh?

Ahh the ending line made me laugh. Oh poor Kay, it's like he's engaged to Bill and half-engaged to Tom too, for how much Tom will be involved. XD

Otherwise, marshmallows are harmless, yummy, diabetes-inducing snack food! I really wish I had a fireplace to roast me some. But I'd eat the whole bag and have to go on a salad/coffee diet just like Bill. Anyway, I'm glad you saw a little depth in that scene - I wanted to make them freakishly stoned, and showing their personalities in different ways. I love high Bill. He funny. Bill's narcissism, I fear, is a little more than "borderline." I'M "borderline." Bill's got to be full-on, crowing himself king egomaniacal.
