Oh wow, that was so ridiculous everything that happened! Tom can be scary sometimes. I love how Bill reacts to Tom, it's really cute and crazy. I also like what's developing between Bushido and Tom!

Author's Response: Tom is just as out there as Bill, isn't he! (he's ended up surprising me). Bill, he just can't seem to make up that schizophrenic mind of his ;) And Bu/Tom.....it's soooo fun.

I really loved everything about this chapter, and I am so envious of your ability to bring in so much detail and make it all work together. Bill and Bu's entrance was epic, and Kay's reaction to Queenie and Bu's possessiveness were so well written. Bu and Tom making out in the bushes was just incredible and those glimpses into the twins' past...damn, I want to know the full story there. I adore drunk Bill, he's so cute when his defenses are down. So vulnerable. I know he's a first class diva and manipulator but I can't dislike him. I just think he's seriously flawed and whatever happened in the twins' past has something to do with that. I am so in love with Tom. He was absolutely incredibly hot taking out Sido, and the stand off with the matches was hilarious. No wonder Bu's got it bad for him. The glances between those two are sizzling. Oh, almost forgot to say that the matching outfits was a spark of genius...twin telepathy at its best. And Bill getting all paranoid that Tom was stalking him. Funny as hell. And now I just want to know what's going to happen when the three of them get home. You have got me so hooked.

Author's Response: Hi Helen! What a wonderful review (full of praise, how could I feel otherwise!) I am so, so happy you're liking the story. I'm having so much fun with it, and knowing you are too makes it that much better. I feel the exact same way (lol)! I'm hooked on writing it, but it's back to work time, so probably no chapter til next week, damn it. I want to know what's happening next!!

Georg is so fucking hilarious. I love him with Gustav, but I adore the way he deals with his diva boss. He's got Bill absolutely pegged just right. And that cowboy getup he wore to go meet Gustav...I love reading about gay cowboys. So sexy. And I can just picture Georg in an outfit like that, although the real Georg would look a tad more nacho methinks. I still feel so sorry for Gus pining over Tom and then Tom coming to him for advice after the kisses with Bushido. Poor guy, realising that he just isn't Tom's type. It's so good he has Georg and the whipped cream to take his mind off him. And on to the main act...the hot, hot clinches between Tom and Bushido. They are so sexy together. I loved the way you wrote both their reactions afterwards, especially Tom's distraction when he was out shopping. And the sex between Bill and Bushido when they were both imagining being with the same person. Damn, woman, you are good. That was amazing stuff. Simply can't wait for the party.

Author's Response: Aaahahaaa!! Hi Helen, glad you liked the sex scenes! Those were a lot of fun. Working on the party now, it's turning out to be different than I'd thought. Bu just....well...and Kay One....Tom is.....Damn, guess we'll have to wait and see! rnI'm definitely liking the cowboy-slash-70's disco Geo, he surprised me a bit with the drawl. So glad you're reading and reviewing! I got a little lazy with emails, I'll write soon, most certainly want to keep that up!

It's cool that Bu and Tom have that chemistry, and it makes things so deliciously complicated! Bill is adorably delusional, terrifying, and completely harmless and it's very funny! He's got so many plates spinning. That was the best metaphor ever!

Author's Response: Thank you! Love how you see Bill, it's perfect ;) And the Bu/Tom chemistry - I'm so glad it's coming across the way I wanted it to! It's only going to get more complicated, uh oh. Thanks for reviewing :D

Oh, thank you very much for your recommendation to read KoK, but that story is a definite no go for me, like totally (maybe in twenty years or something:-). I know what's it all about and going there would be like waving a piece of matador's red fabric in front of angry bull's eyes. I have heard that it's brilliant which I do believe because I have been reading comments to it on regular basis ( yes, I know, I am that strange) but we all have out boundaries and that story's make up touches just about all of them. I know I would be torturing myself which I do quite often anyways with my beloved angst but KoK? No way. But thank you.

I am not a fan of Bushido but first time I read some great Tomshido I went totally jello in my knees. Bill and Bu are direct opposites which is a beauty of them I guess, but Tom and Bu are so much more interesting to me. I dig the psychology of them, the power struggle... delicious. So, please, venture into that land. There are so few stories written about them:-)

Author's Response: KoK was very definitely a hard read. I was tense for months. So I understand, and commend your ability to know what to stay away from. I try not to read anything with major character death (Majestrix kills Bu off in stories that made me want to tear my hair out). rnI haven't come across a lot of Tomshido (yet, haven't really looked, either). They may become my next favorite, we'll see (haven't had any story ideas pop up yet, plus I'm thinking I might stick with a pure Bill/Tom one next, since I have yet to write one). As for venturing into Tomshido land, I'd say this one is a good start! Hope to hear from you again soon :D

Hii, sorry for not reviewing before. I have to say, I absolutely love this story its amazing. And even though you've always been a great writer, can tell that you have made some progress, maybe a couple of things have rubbed off on you from MI or CC or others. he characters are different from before, but really like how they are playing out and making a solid picture of them. I have already cried, smiled my cheeks off and was touched. In this story Tom is my sweetheart (I bet to all readers :D). I love how you added twin similarities in random sections, or details like when Gordon was showing his Pink, or for a gay man dressing like Tom means that he was molested, that made me laugh :D Also I love the extra info about them, what they do or did, what they think, like etc. I don't think I need to mention how much the sex is hot :D last but not least, it's nice to see a sketch of reality, that these people are fucked up in some sense, but they still are no different from us regular ones. Also, + point for promoting MI :D:D
Ok, now as a fan I have to say- omggggg Bu and Tom kissing...omgomgomg... And then Bill obviously feels something for Tom, and the licking...omgomgomg :D:D I caaant wait for more! ;) Ciao

Author's Response: Hi Dia, good to see you here! I'm so glad you see a difference between this one and my other stories (CC, MI, and Workout definitely had their influences). Trying to get away from the fluffy romances a little and bring the characters a bit more depth (except maybe this Bill, I'm thinking he's a bit on the simple, yet somehow complicated side, if that makes sense). I like this Tom as well. But damn, he KNOWS better than to mack with his twin's boyfriend! >:\rnI'm liking Gordon more than I thought, too....hopefully he'll be making more appearances (especially of the pink boa sort!). Love the gays! And Bu, well, he's going to show a bit more personality later on, too. He's a secretive kind of guy. All those bodies (shakes head).....rnrnNew chapter should be up today! I am glad my review entertained:-) When an interesting story gets under my skin, I get easily overly analytical and tend to split it into atoms which I don't know if it's a good thing to do and appreciated by authors, but what can I do:-))))) So I am glad you have found some value in my obsessive rambling!

You see, I find this story all about main actors' psyche, that's why I got so sucked into it. Nothing could more interesting to me than a vulnerable, damaged ego and changing affairs of human heart. I do happen to know quite a lot about bruised egos and a little about narcissism in general and it fascinates me to no end. I somehow naively believe that everyone is born with a pristine, good hart and outer circumstances make us the persons we are, unless you start to complicate it all with influence of karma, LOL.-) Someone may be just more lucky in life, or has a tougher shell to deal with traumas and bad influences. It's a pretty fascinating mechanism, the one that makes us who we are.
Bill looks to me like a pretty good candidate for a disassociation disorder and his way of slipping into and out of variety of his boxes in accordance with what his current state of mind dictates him to do, is truly fascinating. I know I do the same, and the power behind those mechanisms is astounding. You are totally helpless against it, no can do:-( What I also strongly believe
is that SHAME is the most powerful and primitive of all human emotions which most of the people have no contact with ( I don't talk about "casual" type of shame but deeper underlying shame that all other "less pleasant" emotions of ours sprout out from - like anger, violence, cruelty, low self-esteem, guilt...). Some people have their shame buried so deep that they would rather die than come in contact with it.

Sorry, I got carried away again. Let me just say this... I sincerely believe there is at least a little more to Bill that his conceited facade and I think I have seen a glimpses of it already,
that's why I brought up his personal growth to start with:-)))

As for the authors I have in my favorites list, I am flattered someone would pay any attention to my likes:-) I could gladly recommend works of Amdee (my absolute favorite author on this site - she writes the most honest and intelligent twincest - if you are into that kind of thing) and then Chayenne7 (she is sensational). Funny thing is, neither of the two is native English speaker, but they totally rock. And both of them are of Ugro-Finnic origin (what a splendid coincidence, huh:-))) I have a very strong pull towards angst stories and those two authors that quench my thirst for it each and every time.

Na shledanou:-)))

Author's Response: This is what makes your reviews so wonderful to read. I love analyzing just about everything - people, movies, magazine ads, architecture, art, poorly made crap from China. To find that in other people is pitifully rare. Discussions are fuel for life! I agree with you that the circumstances in which people live form a great deal of their personalities. However, I also think that we're born with the outline of who we are (how we're going to react to circumstances). So I'm in the nature/nuture school of thought, that who we are is based partly on what we're born with, partly by how we're brought up, although intense circumstances can make the weight of nurture much heavier. Abusive situations can change how the brain evolves, which is interesting, but very sad. But I do believe that some people are born with sweet dispositions, some are born little assholes, some infants have the set-up of profound intelligence, and many are just not very bright or interesting.rnrnYou brought up some thoughtful points about shame. I think that there are several motivating emotions at the deepest part of our monkey minds, and I agree that shame is one of the most powerful. We are social creatures, and the need to be accepted fuels some bizarre actions. The control factor we have in the human clan is the use of shame to make people behave. Pity it doesn't seem to work as well as it used to (at least in normal societal behaviors - god, people are such jerks, it would be nice if a "hey, behave yourself!" still worked to make them tow the line, and not talk in theaters or smoke at cafes). rnrnI've read Amdee, love Amdee, her Tomshido was what got me started on this story!! Don't think I've read Chayenne, but I'll be looking her up today! rnrnTil next time,rnM

That last scene pretty much fried my brain. When erotica is written in such a subtle and delicate, sensitive way as you did in this chapter I canīt complain. Tom's and Bu's subtle flirting during breakfast was such a massive turn on. That single breakfast scene could replace any full on Billshido sex for me any time. No kidding. It was stupendously hot. I love foreplays, builds up, tension growing, emotions getting stirred. I think that what Bu has started to feel for Tom is exactly what I thought he would have. It must feel like such a new territory for Bushido to be able to actually relax around someone, getting comfortable and off his guard, not having to play someone's game all the time, to laugh instead, to talk freely and openly. Just an occasion of having a nice meaningful conversation over a proper, relaxed breakfast with someone he is quite obviously attracted to must be a blissful experience. Bill is a gorgeous catch and their sex life is fab, but when someone touches your soul... what can you do? I think I am pretty much sold on your Bushido, girl. Would have never thought it possible but you proved me wrong... first time for everything I guess:-)

Gordon has been winning some points and I like him little bit more now:-) He was pretty funny actually. Great exchange between him and Tom.

I really, really loved this chapter and can't wait to read the next one:-)

P.S. Is it true you are planning on writing a Tomshido story in the future? Because if you do you have one reader right over here:-)

Author's Response: You've seen the Bushido light? I am so thrilled! So many stories make him the defacto bad guy, just use him in the spot of "psycho-abuser-killer" and then get rid of him. I think he's much more maleable than that. If you want a dark psychological profile of a story (it has Bu in it, and he's a bad guy, but a twisted, deep, damaged, flawed one), I urge you to read Raiju's King of Kingz. It's long, and traumatizing, but one of the best non-funny stories on this site. rnI agree that Bu can definitely be more of himself with Tom. But we'll just have to wait and see if that's what he wants. Sometimes people really prefer make-believe. rnAnd this is my first foray into Tomshido. I pretty much stuck with Billshido before because that masculine/soft boy combo is very appealing to me. However, I'm thinking there will be more in the future....

That was super hot threesome. And making up sex:-)
It's interesting to get an insight into those hidden dark crevices of B's minds, the insight into their dirty little suppressed secrets, longings and desires. Tom's face has been on many people's minds:-) LOL.

I am really happy Tom has such a great friend in Gusti . God knows he needs one. We got yet a little better understanding of twins lives and their past in this chapter which was great. I really hope Bill has got some damn good reason for acting like a total wanker to his own blood. Herpes? Spreading lies? Stealing boyfriends? Is he a pathological liar now too? The best one though was calling Tom a homophobic, drug addicted, autistic gypsy. He has got at least some good imagination, I give him that:-)

Super nice chapter:-)

Author's Response: Hi again! Glad you liked the threesome, I'm wondering if maybe there will be more in the future....So fun!! rnBill and his issues....sigh.....well, I think he's so incredibly self-involved that he's the only person who really matters to him. Being such a jerk to Tom...he feels pretty threatened. Poor insecure boy! And...how did you know about the herpes!!?? Lol...rnBill's imagination is a really fun place to play. He's got some interesting alternative universes going on there! rnrnAs always, thank you, G&B, for your fun reviews :D

This story is getting better and better with each new upcoming chapter. I love your writing skills. You are so, so tight, sentiment never sliding into tackiness or cliches, sadness intermingling with fierce dark humor and wit seamlessly. I really love the way you write. It's beautiful and honest. And alluring. You write mysticism of these characters really well.

The whole chapter was superb. I really liked Bushido in it(which is an enormous compliment coming from me who normally barely stands him) and I feel too that he might be with a wrong twin. Haha. Tom is such a juicy, spicy, interesting candy compared to Bill. Don't get me wrong, Bill is a really interesting character too, but compared to your Tom in this story, he is a little flat.... a little too much, a little too predictable in his unpredictability, a little too dramatic and crazed up about nothing but sex and superficial aspects of life. He is beautiful, in control (or at least he thinks he is) and he likes sex. Billshido sexual chemistry might be super charged, but is it enough ? I find their relationship quite dishonest and empty, to be honest. It almost saddens me somehow. Everything and everyone spins around Bill and his needs, and how honest is that? I know I couldn't bare with such a person. Bu must be a saint. Tom on the other hand seems immensely interesting and charming... real, grounded, more in contact with his feelings and emotions. And he is musician too, plus he is muscle version of Bill AND he enjoys his pot and life in general ( or at least he seems to). I think that Bu must be really, really tempted to go to that direction and maybe it would be a good move for everyone involved... to shake things up a little in this otherwise stiff and well-orchestrated environment.
I am really happy that you have been very kind to Tom's character in this story, making him a well-balanced, multidimensional person, rather than just a shallow scum bag. I hope I didn't jinxed it:-) I also love how "vague" you are sometimes. Innuendos and little signs rather that "writing for dummies" I do appreciate and love. Your story is full of that tantalizing, vague goodness. I approve:-)

Bill memories reveal quite a lot about him in general. I am not irritated any longer with his maneurism and craziness. I feel quite sorry for him instead. A good therapy would help, I guess. I still don't understand what kind of terrible thing must have happened between Bill and Tom to make Bill behave so over the top when meeting Tom. He is almost slipping into a psychotic state, trying subconsciously but really hard to block everything out about true state of things between him and his twin. No "normal" person does that. It doesn't seem to be just a casual avoidance of unpleasantries of life, he acts almost like a trauma disorder victim when around Tom. You really intrigued me. Their nanny was such a good example. She just naturally gravitated towards more pleasant and kind child of the two who Tom probably was whilst Bill was showing his first signs of a drama Hitler in him already at that age. What I find interesting is that Bill had a need to compete with Tom for attention and love from the very beginning. He pushed him away, making it difficult for him, sabotaging his attempts of success in life. If it was so, that twins' parents were absent and cold folks, then I would think that the most "normal" and logical way to deal with it for a young child is to get even closer to your twin, virtually cling to him to no end, because in Tom he would have most definitely found all those things he was craving - love, attention, admiration, support and comfort. It is so weird:-/ What happened to Bill? Lack of attention? Not enough to make you such an emotional cripple he is:-/

The dinner was fun, it was interesting and once again it was quite sad too. How deprived Bill truly must feel deep inside. And Tom too. That must come up one day,in one way or the other, I presume. I don't agree with some opinions that Bill is too fragile and must be spared of all "realness of life". I think that he is so deep into his lala land of pretense that nothing is ever gonna change unless someone pulls him down from his high horse, rips his wound open, makes him bleed. It surely may hurt like bitch, but as long everybody plays along his sick, fucked up little game, he won't get any less boring. Yes, I said it... sorry... he is getting a little boring to me, a little "one dimension" only. I would love to see his real him, no matter how entertaining he might be now and how fun he is to read about, I would love to see him developing into a better human being, more happy human being.

One question... is it allowed to drive wherever you come from after having one serving of cognac, 5-6 beers and some pot on top of that? It always shocks me.

Bill on muscle relaxants was such a fun. I couldn't stop laughing. And what was the outfit Bu would like to burn? A peach kashmir-angora-blend cardigan and white tight trousers?:-)))

There have been so many superb, hilarious lines in this chapter, I won't even try to quote but Bill's slurry speech when on pills was priceless.

Am I done? I better be:-)) Sorry for my pointless ramble but your story just does that to me... making me think and ponder. It should be a good sign, right?

Thank you for Narcissus. It's such a treat in these times of dry spell.

Author's Response: Hello again, G&B! I hope I can give a response that gives your review justice. I'll start by saying thank you, from the bottom of my heart. It's a beautiful review, perfectly balanced with amazing praise and criticism. rnrnI'm so happy to hear that you like this Tom. I do, too. He's just a quiet, soft, background kind of guy. He's got issues, but they don't rule him. His twin, however, is a bit of a different type. Bill IS just a bit two-dimensional, with some very definite personality disorders. I think he's never going to show a whole lot of depth, because he doesn't really have any. Plenty of folks like that in the world - my characters sort of invent themselves, and so far, Bill hasn't shown me anything deeper and I'm thinking he may just not have it. But, he may surprise me, we'll see! As for the trauma, there may be some there ;) but I also think that Bill's basic personality was set before anything may or may not have happened. He's a very high-strung type! rnrnI'm thrilled you pointed it out though. Your review makes me want to be extra careful with what I write, to think more, to write better. You will absolutely be on my mind as I work on the next chapters, rewriting lazy sentences, polishing up, doing more to draw the characters out of themselves. rnrnAfter reading this wonderful review of yours, I went to your page and looked up some other reviews you've written (I hope you don't mind - I do this to find good stories to read, looking at reviews either by authors I admire, or reviewers like you, who appreciate intelligently written stories - it's an easy way to find new things to read). Anyway, it's obvious that you put a lot of thought not into just what you read, but what you write as well. You give the kinds of reviews that can make a difference. I love that you take the time to let authors know what you thought. Your intelligence and thoughtfulness come across in your efforts. It's wonderful, absolutely wonderful, to know that someone like you is out there reading. I wanted you to know that your well-written reviews are extremely appreciated. They're fun to read, you make me think about my writing and want to make it better. And, following the reviews you wrote for others, I know I've saved some stories that will make for sleepless nights. Thank you.rnrnOh, as for the drinking/pot/driving question...No, it's not legal to drink and drive. But people do it anyway. And the outfit you described for Bu? Hilarious! rnrnIf you ever write any stories on this site, I would love to read them! rnrnThanks again....rnM

I'm having fun reading it, but when I finish reading to the end, I don't remember what I was laughing. :-D This is sclerosis and old age:-D I know one thing - I like Tom here, he's a nice boy. He made me happy today his new dreads, a return to roots.

Yes, I finally remembered what I was so amused: “Gay, and a college grad!” He held on to Tom’s shoulders and gave them a small shake. “A father couldn’t ask for anything better!”

This so me laugh. :-D Every single person in the world has its own ideals :-D but Gordons are the best. :-D Anyway... at the end I widened my eyes to the screen. They kissed? Already? Queenee be mad if he saw it. :-D Or not? He would be involved? :-D I'll look forward to the next part. J. :o)

Author's Response: Tom has new dreds? Guess I'll have to take a look! rnI'm glad you remembered what part made you laugh. This Gordon has been a lot of fun. As for the kiss...Yep, Bu did it! He was surprised, too, though. Pretty sure Queenie would not be happy! rnThanks for reviewing, Janule!

Ooooooh!!!!!

Schoolgirl squeal.

'Tom and Bushido sitting in a tree K I SS I N G!!!!!' Okay, they were in a car in the middle of traffic but...that was so unexpected. Loved it.

Now to the rest of this amazing chapter...I want to know what suppressed memories Tom has hiding away in his subconscious. There's something lurking there regarding the bruise on his leg and way Bill stormed out of the bath tub when they were little. And why does Tom suddenly get all 'But I’m his twin, Gordon! We’re supposed to depend on each other'? I really want to know what happened that Tom wants to protect Bill from and Bill constantly wants rid of his brother over? Did Bill leave that bruise?Did he abuse Tom and Tom has suppressed the memories? Does Bill want him out of the way in case Tom remembers and tells someone?

Should I shut up now?

Not until I say how cute is Gustav's crush on Tom, but I'm glad he has Georg to distract him. And the whole discussion between Gordon and Tom was so well done. I adored how Gordon was so proud of Tom for going to college, but especially for being gay! So damned funny.

And Bushido's growing attraction to Tom over breakfast, with them being able to talk and laugh together so easily, culminating in that kiss. You are a true mistress with words.

Author's Response: There she is! Hi, Helen, so good to hear from you! rnTom's memories will be revealed, eventually, you are just going to have to be patient (lol - I know the feeling). It was a relief that Gordon and Tom made amends (wasn't sure if Tom was going to just storm out of there or if Gordon would screw the whole thing up, but they managed to behave). And that kiss between Bu and Tom....really took me by surprise too! And definitely Bushido. It's so fun to have this story just sort of take me along with it. rnrnThank you so much for all your wonderful words. I'm thrilled that you're enjoying this along with me :)
