I get the feeling that this might end much like the alternate series; Bill's desire for freedom, Tom's recognition of that feeling and his continued remarks on Bill's singing coupled with the malignant atmosphere Jorg has created around the boys, the two will return to the human cities. I don't see Bill ever becoming accustomed to the Nephlim way of life and the prospect of the two pioneering a new Nephlim social order still seems inconceivable.
I love the pacing. Young twins XD. Wasn't so excited at first. I'm older than I was when I joined the fandom and stories where the boys are below 15 now tend to weird me out. So I liked how the twins' relationship has progressed so much all whilst remaining rather platonic. I see the signs of a blow-up. Am curious about how soon and how much more strain the boys can endure. Jorg expects one twin to be dead by eighteen, so it's within the next three years. But given all the new developments, maybe the climax shall be sooner than that?
I talked about how i think it might close, so now my thoughts about the next chapter. I can't imagine what Jorg has got up his sleeve. And I have given it some serious thought. I'll probably fall asleep trying to determine if you dropped clues. I thought it might be a sparing partner for Bill because Bill continues to defy Jorg when it comes to killing Idris...? Yes? Probably not. But I look forward to this development. Aside from that, I'm interested to see if and how Samy succeeds in seducing the boys. I see this plan curving like a boomerang to leave Jorg with a bigger problem. On the other hand, Samy could succeed because Jorg more or less okayed him to dominate (Nephlim euphemism for rape maybe?) the boys. Now is he going to apply physical force or a special psychic ability? I'm leaning towards the former given that Jorg recruits him to be a sword master. Either way, catastrophe stands poised at the door for these two. I also think this could be the push needed for the twins' physical and/or psychic bond to be established.
Which twin? I like how you've left this open for speculation. Bill is perceived as the weaker one but Samy(being a Nomad) doesn't seem like the type to take the easy way. So, who knows? You. Can't wait to find out

I have learned to appreciate stories with build-up, some lead-in (or a lot of lead-in) before the sex, haha. Glad you're enjoying it! And oh my goodness yes, the climax will definitely be sooner.
We'll see if the Samy card plays out the way Jorg thought it would! Catastrophe and the unexpected are on the way.

oh, god, I reallllly want Samy to try Bill...xD maybe this big man will be threatening enough to push them toward each other? hmm...I'm also wondering what Jorg's little "other" plan is, the one that he won't even think. lol. I kind of feel like Samy will go for Tom, but I really hope it's the other way...haha, plus, it'd give Bill a different sort of advantage, that Samy wanted him over Tom, though he is not the twin seen as the likely heir...? idk, trying to make it sound good, but I'm sure you've got it all written so what's the point in arguing my case? haha. can't wait to see how it goes. so sorry to hear you were sick and had a personal crisis, I hope things are okay now.

I LOVE where you're going with this, love the tension, it's absolutely brilliant. And of course I adore how Bill thought of Tom while being kissed, how he thought it felt wrong and then Tom coming in, it was so perfect. Their fight was so interesting too, it's like they are right on the edge of understanding what's going on but not quite there yet. It's fascinating and the way you write makes it even more captivating.
I didn't see Samy coming at all but it's a very interesting twist. I can't wait to read about the twins reaction to him. I imagine there will be more jealousy and possessiveness involved, maybe? and I can't wait to read more!

Interesting that Bill is seeking his freedome and even mentioned so to Tom. I feel like each of them is missing the point though I fear Bill will run away anyway..unless they figure out that they have feelings towards eachother and confes. Tom poved he still worries for Bill when he senced that something was wrong. Jorg is still plotting more and it breaks my heart to see the twins at odds.

So sneaky Tom was only charming the girls for information, eh? Not trying to seduce them? Very interesting. He’s a lot deeper than I thought!
I love how you’ve shown Bill longing for freedom and the chance to be himself throughout this whole story so far. Where Tom gives in a little more often to what’s expected, Bill is trying to rebel and choose his own path. The songbird comparison was really apt but horrifying. Poor Bill.
And their growing unease with each other, yet wanting to touch, I just… *flails* Ah, woman, you are truly an awesome storyteller!
You really made me feel for Bill again that he’s finally offered what he thinks is friendship – and he acts like he sees on human media, so cute – and instead gets offered something he’s not ready for.
It had been wrong, but he didn't know why.
Oh, oh, I know! *raises hand* I know why it felt wrong! Call on meee! *waving arms*
But, seriously, what a twist with adding Samy and all that might open up. Hmm, I wonder just how far Jorg would let him go to “take possession” of the twins. Now, you’ve got me nervous again.

As always, another fabulous story. Your writing is so above par, and that you take such care in your fanfics shows that you not only have respect for your own skills but for your readers, as well. I loved the original stories this is based on (I think the first long stories I'd read on the site, back when I was very green to slash fanfic). The idea behind this one made me a bit nervous at first - I was worried the twins would be forced to hate each other. But I wasn't about to stay away from it - it's one of YOURS, after all. And it's fantastic.
My theory? That they're supposed to be mated is starting to show. As for how Bill didn't kill his teacher? Bill answered the question: he wasn't a threat. Tom's was. They were both right.
I'm so, so, so glad that someone as talented, creative, and obviously erudite as you, chose to express your creativity in this manner, to share it with us, asking nothing in return except to let you know we're out here.

I like how you answered some questions in this chapter with David. I've been wondering how the twins got away with sleeping together for so long AND who was spreading the rumors.
I kind of think Bill’s reasoning in choosing not to kill his teacher was more mature and wiser. He can still learn things, and I love that part of why he wouldn’t do it is to spite Jorg.
Poor Tom, the females will always be his downfall. I can't believe that he would think Bill had targeted him with the fire. Ouch. Poor Bill.
It feels like the twins are really falling apart, but my broken little heart holds on to the hope that something happened in that hallway when they touched. Something that might eventually bloom into something good?

constant vigilance! lol, my brain read that in Mad Eye Moody's voice from Jim Dale's HP audio book reading...yah, I listen to the HP series on my ipod whenever I have a spare moment (brushing my teeth, walking to class, sleeping, etc) so I have them near memorized...lol. xD
ahhh, i feel like they're soooo close to tearing each other apart...in the sexy way, they're totally due to destroy each other and some furniture...xD. Based on what was described earlier in the chapter, it seems like they "mated" when Bill grabbed Tom's arm...idk though, but hopefully! uh, i totally enjoyed the chapter and love the story, i don't want to make it seem like i'm just here for the sex :). to answer your questions, i think their development has been put on hold by their separation, since they are meant for each other(i'm assuming), but that they're due to crack any day now...

what is happening with the twins delayed development is that they know deep down inside that no matter how many partners they may have those partners will never satisfy them like each other will. But it's not happening because there is too much tension and fear in their relationship.
Another observation I'd made at the end of the last chapter: It would seem Bill is more upset about and afraid of dying that Tom. He's seemingly taking it harder than Tom, that the other would need to kill him.

I think its easier for Bill to make the 'right' choice not to kill his teacher because he learned from Tom. I think they are delayed because they are meant to be with each other. How sappy is that? Love this chapter.
