Awwww, I absolutely loved reading this story!! You're so good at telling sweet little fairytales like this. That's what it feels like to me, like your story is told so well, and so personal and quirky, that it could just be a cloud I float away on as I fall into a peaceful sleep. :) In fact, I've stayed up later than even my unusual sleeping schedule permits, reading this fic, and now I'm gonna fall asleep dreaming of shy Bill and spirit-Tom I think. This story was so cute and adorable. I loved the confusion and misunderstanding that started it all. It was so very well executed. Humor can be dangerous and easy to go too far. But this story stayed within the bounds. So charming, so cute. One of my new favorites.

Sorry I didn't comment sooner, I got so busy this week! D: But I really liked your ending, it was romantic and funny :)
Haha I had not predicted that Bill would think Tom has a wife and kids, but it all explains why he was angry at him! Fortunately, everything has been resolved and he knows the truth now :)
The lines “I can do all that for you,” Tom said. “Plus I can do things that spirit Tom never could.” AND “I suppose we can give it a try. If you really want to be with a loser like me.” were my favorites! It illustrates well the two characters I think lol, Bill's low self-esteem (poor him :() and Tom's seductive personality!
Aaaww the past two paragraphs are lovely, where we find out that cupid-Gustav was actually summoned by Bill and that he helped set up the two guys together :) It was a good surprise! And I hope Georg meets his soulmate at the party ;) lol

I knew from the beginning that Bill would assume Tom was with the woman and kids he saw the night of the fire alarm, and Tom buying kids' medicine was just the last straw. At least, I wanted a real reason for why Bill would be angry, assuming that he didn't want a married father (some people are into that, I don't know). After finding out that truth, I think Bill was definitely hurt that Tom lied about the spirit thing, but not as angry. Like I said before, it all sounds good in my head, but I don't know if I got it to translate to the page! I'm so glad you liked the little Gustav cameo -- he always has to get in a story somehow. Author's Response: I cannot get rid of the mental image of Gustav in a traditional Cupid's diaper. XD This is going to stick with me forever! The poor guy! He would look absolutely adorable, though! I'm so happy you enjoyed this story. I kept wondering what if Bill's summoning had worked -- what would it have conjured? I didn't want some horrible demon to devour him or anything, and then the Gustav in my head sighed and said he would do it. But only if he got some Georg lovin' off screen. I was happy to oblige! I'm so relieved that you liked it! ^___^ I think Bill was trying to put the pieces together, but he was afraid to admit that it could be Tom, especially since he thought Tom had a family. I'm glad that came through in the story. I think Tom will help him come out of his shell eventually, and Bill will be the one shining on stage then. Hahaha, I'm glad you liked the little end with Gustav. I wanted to work him in somehow, and I kept wondering "what if Bill's spirit conjuring wasn't off the mark? Who would have showed up then?"
