This wonderful little chappie is probably very true. Those are most likely Bill's exact reasons for topping, especially the non-conformity part. He hates being told what to do, doesn't he.
Honestly, I can't imagine him bottoming for anyone in real life. He is effeminate, yes (even with stubbles and muscles). But his eyes scream fierce domination.
I think he is attracted to Georg though, so maybe you can do one with Bill and Georg. Haha...
