I don't think I need to tell you who I want Bill to end up with *cough*tomtomtomtomtomtomtomtom*cough* but I will anyway. TEAM TOM. With his conversation to his dad, I started rooting for him hardcore, and then his conversation with Bill. I face palmed when he got all jealous again, and I was a little disappointed, along with Bill. I can understand why Bill wouldn't confirm or deny if he did sleep with Bu, so I'm really hoping that he will come back around and go back to committing to working on the relationship, even though he thinks Bill slept with someone else (since he has NO room to talk)

Oh I forgot to say that I obviously want Tom and Bill together. So Tom get your head out of your ass and realize you are loosing Bill with your jeolousy...actually I just had an epiphany myself I actually don't mind...well actually I do mind but I think you should put Bill with whoever you think he is right for him and surprise us I think I would like that better because who knows your story better than you do. =)

First things first you are a very good writer amazing even....every chapter is brilliant if i was not a little bias about Tom and Bill always being together I would definitely say to hell with Tom. But I can't because I just love Tom to much and I don't really like Bushido sometimes. It's weird because I don't really like Bill/Bushido but I do read it once in a blue moon even Tom/Bushido especially if I have in my head that Tom/Bill are the main pairing. Not sure if I make sense. Anywho enough of my ranting I actually love this story I was just in class when I decided to check if there was any recent stories updated and I saw yours and I got to read like half the page because break was over, and I was just sitting in class feeling anxious to read the rest I didn't finish...so moral of the story was I almost had a anxiety attack because of your story. Keep up the awesome work. =)

I think Bill should be alone for a while... I mean... does he need a man to be happy? I say to end his marriage with Tom and to tell Bushido he wants to have a little break...
If you follow the film noir characteristics, the detective is never happy as well as the femme fatale (Bill in this case). So, acording to that logic, Bill should stay with his husband.

Author's Response: Dang it, Prozac, I don't need a third option! I'm terrible with decisions as it is! And I agree, being on his own would probably do Bill a lot of good. I'm so glad you noted the film noir-ish tinge, but if I stick with it, someone's going to have to die, and it would have to be either Bill or Tom, and Bushido would be in the final shot, watching the other one being carted off in a police car, cue saxaphone background music. Author's Response: I wrestled with that, but figured that Tom/Bill are really the main pairing, and Bill/Bushido are a POSSIBILITY, so it's more of a side thing. Even if they end up together, that's toward the end of the story. The main story is about Bill and his life, and his relationship with Tom; and Bushido and his life, and his desire for love. Since Bill/Bu don't seem like a MAIN couple, even though the potential is there, I listed them as a side. Sorry if this was a bit misleading to you. I'm pretty sure if I'd listed them as a main couple, someone else would have been confused! :) Thanks for letting me know your thoughts.

But he loves Tom! At least, on some level. He wouldn't have actually dated him, or married him if he didn't, since Bill's said before that he ignored a lot of advances by guys before Tom. And Bill and Tom care for each other, even with Tom's wandering ways. And Bushido might just be looking for someone like Bill. Maybe he just misses the idea of a boyfriend, and Bill just happened to remind him of his past and what he misses about it. And then there's the issue that even Bushido thought about, he wouldn't be able to provide the lifestyle that Bill is used to, that Bill wants and needs to stay sane. And well, I just can't stand any story where Bill leaves Tom for Bushido, so I guess I'm biased. :)
Sorry for the rambling. I think I might be to emotionally invested in reading this story. :|
Author's Response: Well, Tom SEEMS like perfection personified. That would be very easy to fall in love with. And to ignore any flaws as minor, til they aren't anymore. I think reality is a bit different. Good observation about Bushido, but again, the image of perfection would be quite easy to fall in love with. That you're still rooting for Tom after all he's done shows that you're a true diehard T/B fan! I'm just glad you're enjoying this, and really giving it some thought. And taking the time to share those thoughts with me.

I did kind of feel bad for Tom at the beginning, but then I remembered what a douche he was when he saw Bill hugging Bu and any sympathy I had vanished. And now I'm worried he's going to go home and his dad will fill his head with lies and he'll believe them.
The ending gave me hope for a Bill/Tom end, cause that sounded like a pretty final goodbye.
Author's Response: Poor Tom is a product of his upbringing. Maybe if he gets his head out of his rear end, he'll change? Maybe? People can change, you know. If they try really, really, really, really, really, relly, really hard. And sometimes the change even sticks! Sometimes! For a little while!

Oh, now Bushido's in too deep. I kind of feel bad for him. But I still think Bill's issues with Tom and financial security are too important. Bill and Bushido might seem happy for now, but I think that once the situation is over, they might not have much more in common.. I'm excited for the next chapter. :)

And you're right on both accounts about Bill - he's got a lot more complicated attachments to Tom than just faithfulness; and he and Bu may not have that much in common. Good point! But...what does he have in common with Tom (asks self)....
