It's been angsty for so long that I honestly have NO idea how you're gonna make it happy! Especially with the twins and Dr. Amsel...but I'm still looking forward to what happens! Though I'm feeling a bit depressed after reading the chapter...

God that fucking bastard! He's not helping them! He's forcing his own thoughts into their minds! God. We need Alan back! God. Man. I love this fic. I wish i had a printed out copy, you know in "book-form". That would be so kewl. I'd make everyone read it. Its incredible.
This chapter was beautifully torturous. Great job. I love it when they're in pain. XD. But, i also love a happy ending...And I'm scared for their relationship...After so much guilt...Bill will never make another move on Tom, so it just seems to me that Tom is the one that needs to prove his love this time.
Again! We need Alan!
BTW, i think Tom is going to see Jorg. *shrug* Just wanted to guess before you tell us. XD.
Author's Response: I'm loving everyone's guessing. It's making me even more excited about the suprise.

this story's sure very angsty, but you know what? It makes me appreciate it more because the feeling of relief and joy reading when things become better in progress and when those issues are fixed is worth it!

I'm genuinely glad you put the end note in there because up until that point I really was about to quit reading. I've been catching up with this story recently and I love the premise, and the way they've been caught and been berated etc and each time they come back to each other because it's right.
But with the latter chapters I admit it feels like it's sort of going in circles. It's the same problems, the bad guys are just worse. I was worrying (I suppose I still am) that the only place for this story to go now that it hasn't been before is for the boys to separate and become what society wants them to be and, while that would be awesome in a 1984-this-isn't-a-sucess-story realistic fashion, it would be very disappointing after all their promises and conviction.
Anyway, blah blah blah, if you think we'll like where it's going, I will trust you implicitly.
Beautifully executed tension, btw. I guess he's going to see his father?

Author's Response:
It's the same problems only bigger because that's what happens when you fail to solve a problem fully the first time. They just keep coming back, bigger and badder every time. When you refuse to be honest with yourself and truly work through all your problems, you do end up going in circles. I wanted to show that. I know it's made for some frustrating chapters, but I needed it to happen. I needed the twins to really have the motivation to fix things this time, even if it's hard. The thing about all those promises and convictions was that they were made by little children and young teens who didn't really understand what it was they were promising. Now that they are older they have to find out if they can still make those promises now that they understand.
I promise it won't be a 1984 type ending. Not this story, anyway.
We'll see who's at the door soon. I'm writing it right now actually.
