Wow. It's all I can say. I read everything from the storm-incident on with "Rain" playing in the background. I also spent most of it from that point on in tears, or near tears. Amsel's sessions had me practically seeing red over the way people view the bond between identical twins as wrong and indecent and immoral. They're the same person...literally. Their DNA is a perfect match, in a way normal siblings' aren't. It's just DIFFERENT and I feel like you really got across how it is for them.
In real life, Bill and Tom call each other their "Soul Mate" and - with or without the sexual dynamic (since that's really their business and no one else's anyway, lol)- I feel like you got across what that term REALLY means. Someone who you can FEEL. Someone whose thoughts you understand better than your own. Someone so completely a part of you that losing them is like ripping a piece of yourself out and leaving this huge, gaping wound in it's place.
I thank you for that. It was beautiful and heartbreaking, tragic and lovely, and just completely perfect in every way. Bravo.

I loved the insight you achieved into the twins relationship. I constantly found my self seriously nodding all over the plot. You did such an amazing job, you left me completely shattered and heartbroken sometimes.
I cherished the last two chapter. The way you introduced Charlie and Alan's relationship little by little through the story totally killed me off. Oh, and the reinsertion of the twins' motto at the end, was just pure win.
Thanks for sharing! I really, really enjoyed every single angsty bit.
Take care.

I adore this story. Their struggles, their fears, and their love for each other were all so potent. Definitely one of my favorites.
I was a little disappointed with the lack of an epilogue - you ended it very well, but there are loose strings that haven't been tied up. We don't know that Amsel is going to let them go, we don't know how David is going to react... An epilogue is called for here, I think, to really complete the story.
Regardless, though, it was really excellent, and that is the only complaint I have. Thank you!
