i was chewing my nails off when bill and tom were being brainwashed by that dr. amsel. doctors like him are dangerous - they let their own prejudices get in the way of truly helping their patients. i'm SO glad that al and charlie are helping bill and tom along on their journey, and i really love how the intertwining twin stories move the story along. this chapter was great :)

I want to rant about your genius like you have no idea, but unfortunately I'm a bit dead on my feet right now (I'll come up with a more coherent review later, no worries) but I had a quick question to ask. Are Alan and Carlie really 49 years old? That seems a lot more than what I thought previously, especially since Alan "just" started getting gray hair. But it said that they got together when they were 24 and have stayed together for 25 years so... I'm a bit lost, rather. :D Either way, amazing story, look forward to a long detailed review from me soon!

Author's Response: You know, I did all the math at some point when I was writing this chapter but I absolutely can't remember how it all worked out or how old I ended up making them. You have to remember that about ten years have passed since Alan started seeing the twins. I'll figure it out and get back to you when I can.

I really like Doctor Engle. Usually doctors are portrayed as antagonists and I just love reading about this man who seems so bent on making the twins relationship work (for once, somebody wants to!). Evil doctors are so overrated and really piss me off...so thank you for this beautiful character you've created (and I hope he doesnt become a monster later on...right after I just finished leaving this review ;P)
