I just finished to read it and I cried a little. I cried because I hate seeing stories end, and to tell the truth I didn't know at all how this story could finish. What a lovely, fascinating, emotional, perceptive and interesting fic! It took me a long time to find an opportunity to read this, but I'm so happy that I finally found time to read it.
I can easily see, why you consider this as your "baby". This is an extremely well-written story of growing up. I believe that you put a whole lot of effort to make this a great story and yes, you really succeeded. It's no way an easy thing to write about all those specific issues and I'm very impressed about your way to write about therapy and psychological professions. Surely you have some sort of prodessional information about it, you must have?
After reading this for a couple of days I feel like I grew up with the twins. This was emotionally a rollercoaster ride and I giggled and I cried, I was loving and hating, happy and devastated. I'm happy that you didn't do the easiest way, but let them struggle so much. It gave here some sort of extra humanity.
And by the way, Dr. Amsel is easily one of the most annoying characters I've ever read here. He made me sooooo mad :). Alan was very sweet, I liked him. And very professional!
Even if I was "twincester" already when I started to read this, I think this is a fic which can turn opinions and open minds. Reader just can't find a way to deny that love, it would be unethical from any possible point of view. The way you wrote about people around them making them hurt because they just happen to love each other truly made me sad and I believe that anyone with emotions can't feel any differently.
So... Just wonderful job and this earns it place on top ten stories, no doubt about that. Thank you for giving me opportunity to read this, it was a great journey :)

What a brilliant piece of work!! I really liked the fact that it started their relationship from a young age and progressed instead of it starting from when they were 16 or older. I was so engrossed in this that I didn't even realize I was on the last chapter and when you posted your ending comment my mouth literally dropped! I was like, "It can't be over!!" but it was. You really made you personal version of Tom and Bill pop out of this story and come alive!! Fantastic job!!!

I've discovered this fic by chance and I think it is wonderful. Now I'm only at chapter 4 but I can tell it's perfect. I know psychology well (and I love fics evolving around it) and, from what I read, so do you! There's not a word, an attitude, a look that is less then attuned to the special relationship the twins have as well as to the awful family situation they are experiencing.

omg, I'm crying at the end now, and it sucks because it is such a happy ending :') I'm not sure what I can say about this that you probably have already got :) So I think I'm just repeating when I say this is so amazing, and I can't believe how well you weave everything into it :) so beautiful, and just so lovely :) the characters seemed so real. They seemed like real characters, who can't just randomly have everything be perfect, they have to work to get what they want. So I adore that you were able to do that :) beautiful, just beautiful :)

Daaamn, you took up my whole weekend! After reading the first chapter, I had to make sure that I was completely concentrated before I'd let myself read anymore of the story, for fear that I would miss something and not understand. Hence why it took me so long to read.
It was stunning but sad, and happy but pretty terrifying at times, too. This story affected my mood swings; one particularly angsty chapter -- which I had to stop reading half way through -- put me in a bad mood until I was able to finish it. And Jesus, ever since you linked to the Rain song, it's been playing. So beautiful. Thank you for writing this.

This has been such a beautiful and devastating ride! So happy you made it through even though it might've been hard. Images from this one will stay in my mind a long time; like the scene behind the shed when they where kids, Engel's counseling room, the broken glass and the twins on the floor... And the way it ended is really inspiring, hopeful. Great job ^^
