Wow, this last chapter just made me cry. I really hate to read about a child's death, but I'm glad that they got back together and they had Conner. :)

God, that's such a sweet and sad story ... i expected, that Colby is dead, but i was so sad, when i read, that he really is.
And how tom was cring .. i was too :( So sad ... but a sweet story too. How tom was worried about the money, that was sendet back, and that how he promised, that he will be there for bill and colby, and at the and, with the baby ...

I gagged when I read that the last part of Colby's gravestone, oh my god. I was like, "NOOOOOO! You kill ze boy~" Then I read the next chapter and I was sobbing and going insane with Tom, then I read the last chapter and got happy. You. Must. Write. More.

You did a beautiful job at tear jerking. Somehow you managed to make me, ME, cry, even though I knew, for sure, as soon as Bill answered the phone that Colby had died. You just wrote the scene so well. Congratulations, and yes. I would love to see more of this universe.

:( It makes me feel sad when the story ends. Trust me, you have the way with words. I cried when I read the boys' feeling. It hurt but it also is a very good story though. So happy they are together again in the end. The last sentence in the 5th chapter was poignant, Tom said he was not going to leave his family again, it made me cried so hard. Thank you again, for writing such a good story :x

It was definitely a sad story! I spent last chapter crying over Colby's death and Tom's helplessness. It was so heartwrenching, and I felt so sorry for Bill, because he had to overcome his child's passing all by himself.
