This is adorable and oh so charming. I love the idea that it was a surprise. I think you captured both of their emotions perfectly.
But Tom was born first as in 6:20am, ten minutes before Bill's 6:30am.
Author's Response: Haha, I know Tom was born first--he never lets the world (or Bill) forget it. What I read about the tattoos was that they got EACH OTHER'S birth times (that's what I wrote in this story), i.e. Tom was born at 6:30am (Bill's tattoo) and Bill was born ten minutes later at 6:40 (Tom's tattoo). Has it been confirmed that they got their own birth times, instead? Glad you liked the story!

*applause* very well written and very pretty, nothing smoochy or fluffy, just twins being the awesome self-destructive boys we love. And kind of sweet, admittedly ;)
I love how Bill at one point wondered where there would be room for more piercings in his face. (I personally think he bribes the detectors, but shh) and Tom was just adorable. I wanted to hug him, but Bill beat me to it.
I'm wondering though, is it true that the tattoo's are like that? Tom with Bill's time and Bill with Tom's? Cause I don't believe we've actually seen Tom's yet, have we?
Either way, I really loved this, well written tribrute to their new attributes. :)

Author's Response: No, I don't think we've seen Tom's yet. So, I just based this on the internet's speculation about what the tattoos mean. It seems as good a guess as any for "0630". Glad you enjoyed the story!
