Wow...I really like enigmata and these extras. I do think that after they gave the box to the neighbor, they should've destroyed the box. Like they said, she was old and lived her life, if she died/remaine a mannequin by destroying the box then she didn't miss much, and if she woke up. And was alright then fantastic, but they shouldn't have left the box to do that to someone else. Just my opinion. Wonderful story though.
Author's Response: I thought about that, but then decided that they didn't want to actually try and kill her. This way too, everyone can sit and ponder over what might happen when somebody finds her and thinks she's dead and then cremates her body. Would her soul reinhabit the ashes, would it wander, or would it stay in the box since it has nowhere else to go? I also sort of figured the box would get stashed away along with her other belongings in some cardboard box somewhere and forgotten for who knows how long. Stuff to think about. ;) I'm glad you liked the story overall! It means a lot! Thanks for the review! :D

I hate to say it but, I liked the original ending.
Author's Response: You're not the only one who's said that, which is one reason I posted it separate from the rest. Some people hated the first one though, heh. Can't please everybody I guess. I changed my mind, the last line was my favourite one of the story.

Author's Response: Haha! Sweet, I have multiple awesome lines! I hadn't originally planned on writing something sappy, but the guys seemed to want it, so we got a wonderfully sweet ending.
