HAhahahahaha, that was hillarious. Bill is scared of snowmen and gets in a fight w the inflatable snowman decoration! Wow. That's so creative and funny. Loved it. This whole fic was so cute. I love this universe u created, and u write it very well. Nicely done on this little fic. :)

Author's Response: There's something about the eyes of those dolls. They just make me shiver. It's kind of creepy. After all this, I'm really glad that I only have to put up with my hated snowmen a few months a year. Then they're put away until next Christmas! ^__^

one time these clowns at the hospital (when i was little) asked if they could come in. I looked at mom but told them to come in anyway...but my eyes where going back and forth the whole time.
Author's Response: Oh, gah! That would freak me out! I would be like you -- too afraid to take my eyes off them. I'm uncomfortable around clowns and dolls, for some reason, especially the really lifelike dolls. It's a weird reaction, but I can't help it! I feel your pain too! *hugs*

Best Christmas story ever. Alien Bill and the hilarity of cultural misunderstanding. I don't think I'll look at a snow man the same way again. Im going to picture Bill taking it out and saving all the good people from their souls being sucked out.

I never did understand putting a dead tree in your house for a few weeks, then just tossing it out. Seems so wasteful. I much prefer investing in a good artificial that last years, and getting a wreth or swag for the piney scent. Luckily I done have to buy those, I can just go to my back yard and prune the pine trees that act as a sound barrier to the rr tracks and highway. Much less wasteful.
Omg the boogey/snow man! That was wonderful! I have thought those inflatable things were kinda creey, and very tacky, ever since they came out. But Bill put in a valient effort to save those poor trapped souls! I love that no amount of wheedling could sway him on the evils of them and tears all reference to them up.
This wass a delightful little sidefic. I hope the muse has a few more in store for us! Keep up the lovely work!
Author's Response: Growing up, we always had fake trees, so it's just what I was used to and enjoyed (and mom insisted it was much less mess). Now I drive past two Christmas tree lots every day and see hundreds of trees that were cut down and not purchased. One place lets them lay there until spring when they truck them off to parts unknown. It makes me sad that those trees could have lived long lives somewhere giving us oxygen and shade. Maybe I think about this stuff too much... I'm so happy that you thought the snowman part was funny. I totally hate snowmen and I especially rage at those huge inflatable ones. Poor Bill got to have my revenge! I'm really glad that you enjoyed this. Writing this made me realize that I missed alien!Bill more than I thought. So, maybe, someday, I'll find another adventure for him. Thank you for your comment!

Author's Response: C'mere and let me squish you! *whispers* "We don't talk about the snowmen. They make Zephy very angry. And twitchy." Snowmen are vile, evil creatures, I am convinced. They don't scare me like dolls *shudder*; they make me enter a snowman-icidal rage. It's a long, convoluted story but apparently people at my old job still talk about me and the snowmen and laugh. I twitch.

I'm starting to believe it's impossible for you to write anything that isn't amazing. I love this universe and these characters and this oneshot so much. Bill is so cute in it, and the thing with the snowmen just cracks me up every time I read it.

Bill's coffee thing was hilarious! ....Wow, what a sight that must have been!
And only Bill and Tom's mother could love those derp faces, as Tom seems to make them constantly! I love that you included those.
Bill's logic with the Christmas trees was cute and tragic. I was reflecting on the waste of chopping down a tree to put in your house for a week or two. :( Christmas is terrifying to an alien, I can imagine! I love how Tom consoles him that he freed the souls. Where do you come up with this stuff? It's so genius and funny!
But then Bill come to love Christmas! Except the snowmen. How heartwarming is this?? OMG THAT ENDING was so priceless!! Bill tried to make Tom eat it, then ripped its head off. That's my Zephy! Ever so sweet with a slight edge of zany!

Author's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed this. I found that I really missed Alien!Bill after spending so much time with him this summer. I like to imagine humping Bill: sort of like our humpy dogs, only with less fur and more Bill. I've been pondering the Christmas tree thing too. I pass two tree lots every day, and this year they were packed full of trees but it looks like barely any have sold. Why did they have to cut down all those trees in the first place? It seems so wasteful, even if they will be recycled into...stuff, as Tom said. I like the tree lots where you can choose and cut down your own. Or do like my family always did and get an artificial. I'm very glad that my suffering about the snowmen could make you laugh. I hate/loathe/despise snowmen with a vengeance. I had a very traumatizing string of incidents involving them a few years ago, and I've never forgiven or forgotten. Bill's reactions were basically my own, with very little exaggeration. Gah! Snowmen are evil, why does no one see this!? Slay them all!!
