I really enjoyed this story. I love how realistic it seemed and even though I'm sad about how it ended, I think it was the right way to go. Not everything has a happy ending.
I was wondering if you considered doing a sequel. I mean, with Tom and Bill a few years down the road, maybe meeting again? If not, that's okay =] Just thought I'd ask.
Either way, I really enjoyed this story and I'm looking forward to your next!

Author's Response: hell, i always consider sequels. the question is will i actually do something about it. the answer...undecided. but first up is my torg. so it'll be a while before any sequel to this one showed up.

Awwww. I guess I got caught up in it like Bill, I was hoping...well, Tom seemed pretty darn attached! This was a realistic ending, though, and I suppose like Bill, I appreciate Tom's honesty. It feels a little...abrupt?...though. Emotionally I was kind of let down, and it didn't seem like Bill reached a place where he could overcome that disappointment before the story ended. I wish I could see a little bit more of this. :'(
Author's Response: well sure, he probably was upset for a while. probably cried on andi's and natalie's shoulders for a while. but for the most part, it was an amicable parting of the ways. and i'm glad nobody thinks tom is a dick in this one, cuz i really didn't want to write him like that.
