Author's Response: Tom's good at rolling with the punches, although he did trip and fall in the first chapter when Bill woke up. He also finds Bill highly intriguing. Besides, Bill's not nearly as creepy as knife-wielding toys! He's way too sweet and adorable for that. (And I know what you mean about movies doing that to you... I've been scared of spiders ever since I saw Arachnophobia. Therefore I freaked out a bit to find a large spider in my glass this morning.)
