Awwwwww, this was sort of bittersweet, with all of Tom's guilt and Bill feeling rejected and then Bill finally managing to convey all he's feeling and showing Tom that it, that they being together like this is really what he wants. Lovely, really lovely. :) I so adore your writing. :D

I saved this fic for a moment I can fully concentrate on this, because I know that you and angst are the combination that needs it.

And I wasn't disappointed!

Interesting how much you stained the twins' physical connection. Very rarely I feel disgusted by it - no matter what's the situation in the fic - but in here it felt so utterly wrong. Like Bill should never be afgraid ofd his brother, never feel stranger to him. Interesting and sad how repulsive it was for me.

And how the sadness increased, subsiding the simply disgust as the bigger picture was revealed. Underrstanding of how Tom was equally as much a victim in here, unable to control himself and how much it must affect him to see that he has been the one hurting Bill. It must have been terrible.

I'm expecting this to be realöly really heavy and angsty and I will enjoy this all the way, even if it breaks my heart. :)

Author's Response: I'm so glad that you got all of that out of this. Yes, it's supposed to be hard-hitting and feel wrong. It certainly isn't right, and no noncon story should be. It shouldn't feel good or pleasant or even "okay" because it isn't. But in this case, you're also right, Tom is just as much of a victim as Bill, himself. This story is heavy, but maybe not as much as you're thinking. There's only three parts and there is a happy ending, so there's that. =)

I can't even begin to imagine the horror that has settled in Tom's heart; the guilt, grief and helplessness. I adore sad, anguished stories like this! I hope it gets better for their sakes, but at the same time I want it to get worse because I like the drama that happens as a result! XD Definitely paying attention to this! Super job!

And like all good writen stories it raises lots of question in my head, often not the onse meant to be raised, like how on earth anyone (mom, dad, stepdad, grandpa, friends, doctor or what ever ) can let Bill live alone with Tom, it's no responsibility any brother should have to take, no matter the nature of Tom's blackouts *yepp, it's the mother in me speaking right now, sorry for that ;)* And I also wonder why you hesitated about the warning? That is exactly the way most rapes are done! By someone you know, someone you love. Often even someone you would like to have sex with. But not in that way, not like that. The rapes in fics are often written so... unrealistic; someone are attacked in a dark alley by some kind of human monster. I think you wrote something much more realistic, something much more "touching" (can't find a better word right now, 4:01 am) in many ways. I really liked this and I'm looking forward to the next part.

Author's Response: As far as the living situation goes, I don't think Bill or Tom would have had it any other way (with them living together, by themselves). And probably none of them know the actual extent of what's going on because Bill isn't going to just go tell people, you know? Especially since he's harboring his own feelings toward Tom that he doesn't want to get out. It's kind of like he wants it, just not with the same circumstances.

I hesitated about the warning for the same way Bill hesitates with his own feelings. He does want it, he just wishes things were different. And he's never told Tom no. In this chapter, after Andi left, he even went straight to Tom, knowing what was going to happen. But for the same reasons you stated, I added it under the non-con category, because that's essentially what it is, unfortunately.

I'm really glad that you think this is realistic and touching. I always try to write something that's completely believable, rather than something completely far-fetched. So I'm glad it's worked so far. =)
