This is a really good fic so far. I can't wait to see what comes next. I love the mystery surrounding Bill's crime.
Why do I have the feelin the Warden is going to give Tom the drug smuggling thing? Hes either handing it over t Tom or going to make all evidence make it look like Tom was doing it if he is ever caught.

Wow this is indeed very intriguing, Bill being the well endowed tough hand in DUP again is a new image of him being authoritative and bossy it's cool BTW and a little bit mysterious about his crimes that nobody knows except him and the warden why he end down there.
