This was really deep and beautiful. The way they strive for balence is realistic and the way they hurt and hurt eachother is heartbreaking. But also realistic. You write beautifully. I could feel all their tribulations and emotions as if I was in their heads. Very very well done. Loved this!! :)

I loved this. I absolutely loved this. Your earlier work is not familiar to me sinmce i haven't been here that long, but if this is what is expectyed, I'm happy to welcome you back. :)
I think this fic had certain suffocating feeling of uncertainty and it was like doing a circle after circle. Nobody should expect feelings topwards your own brother be easy or simple, not black-and-white. You captured the complexity sand suffocating feeling well. Excellent angst.
I also like the fact that you did simply magically "cure" them, but gave them just little bit hope and understanding. I don't think serene happiness would have fitted here that well. They need the complexity like thety need each other.
I have missed reading this kind of twincest angst. :)
Author's Response: I love reading angst too (it's my favourite genre by far!), so I'm extra happy to see you enjoyed the tension. Happy colours and rainbows just seem so unrealistic to me when it comes to twincest related. As you said, a relationship like that can't leave you emotionally unaffected. I love all the stories you have written. Even if you took a 5 year break, as long as when you're back, you give me a beatiful written story, like this one, just go ahead.
And when I read your stories, there's this heaviness in my heart that doesn't go away, in a good way though.

This is beautiful. (: Pretty amazing for a three year break. I just love how you made it real! I always liked the stories that show a more realistic side to this kind of relationship- it's more easy to believe than one that has no downsides. Love it.
