Neat! Tom is a lot more than he seems. Bill is rather pathetic. I wonder if when Bill's secrets are finally exposed to Tom, Tom will see that as beautiful, like that Bill's long-awaited honesty is beautiful coming from such a liar.

I really like your narrative style, and the story and the characters. Bill is quite the interesting guy. He's so two-faced, and I don't mean that like he's sneaky. He's living two lives, or at least trying to.

Tom has started to like more and more, I really want to know much more about him. *-*
And Bill he is just simply too funny and cute. I can't stop laughing when I remember he said :"I'm too pretty to be hurt."
And in the same time i just know that the boys they make me laugh also have a hard life. T.T

I feel like Bill will have a problem with sitting still, but not with looking pretty. XD He definitely has a problem with talking pretty, though.
Bill doesn't have a harder life than most people, but he makes it harder on himself by having unrealistic desires. His self-esteem is really shot, huh. He's so comfortable with himself! While Tom is probably really comfortable with himself.
I'm looking forward to them learning more about each other, and conflict. There's bound to be some conflict, since their personalities are quite different. This'll be fun! Great chapter, great follow up from the super first chapter. I'm looking forward to more! :D
