Well, I suppose it would depend on what happened between those years. If Bill doesn't see Tom for a long stretch of time, I would jump to whichever age that may be, unless something important happens outside of Tom, you know? But if Tom is steady through ot, I think I would give a chapter or two to each age jump. I'm not sure how useful that response is, but I hope ithelped a bit.
Q1) I did not see Breaking Dawn yet. It ticked me off when HP split the last book up (though I do admit they did the best job out of all the books when they did) and it ticks me off Tilight decided to follow. I refuse to see part one until I will be able to watch part 2 semi-immediately following. I'm hoping my theater wll do a special midnight viewing where they show part 1 around ten and then show part two at midnight.
Q2)I've never really thought abot it, but accoring to ninjaname.net my name should be Kanoshiki, and according to something on quizfarm, what fits me best is ninja scrolls

I think you should work your way up slowly, do 2 chapters at 10, 2 chapters at 13, 2 chapters at 16...etc
