OMG, amazing! So, so amazing and it's just the beginning. I've always loved the way you portray their bond, and this time is no different. I can just feel how the world narrows down for Bill at this moment, the panic he feels - this is so intense it takes my breath away. Can't wait to read more!

Oh, saw this was by you and knew I had to read. I like how you inserted a twin connection in the beginning. That pain in Bill's head actually made me think it was Bill about to have an accident at first and I was like, "huh? I thought the summary said TOM got amnesia??" Bill's panic attack was so well described. Very realistic. His feeling of helplessness and of simply driving home being too overwhelming, came through so strongly that I almost felt it. Also, the way you portrayed his single-minded desperation to get to Tom was very nice. I liked how you had it say "He stood at the foot of a stranger's bed" to convey how beat-up Tom was. Can't wait for more!

At any rate, Bill changes his hair often enough he could've gone for a month with extensions, chopped it all off, then ended up going blonde after all! ;)

I’ve been looking forward to read this fic since the very first time you mentioned you were working on an Amnesia fic. I’ve always enjoyed this type of story so I was really happy to learn that YOU were doing one =D
That was an excellent first chapter; it really sets the story and makes me want to read more. It’s incredible how we can feel how much Bill and Tom care for each other just by this one chapter, and we haven’t even seen them interact with each other yet! The way you wrote Bill’s pain was so vivid I could feel it. It was intense and sad, exactly how I imagine it would be for the twins IRL if the same situation occurred. Really love the strong twin bond too!
I can’t wait to read more of this fic. I’m very intrigued to see where you’re gonna take this and what the repercussion of the accident are going to be beside the amnesia. Can’t wait for the next chapter! =D =D

Oh, poor Bill. I wonder if it was the twin connection that provided such discomfort in the car? I really thought it was awful the way he felt. And he was all alone and couldn't reach Tom nor function physically.
When he finally gets in contact with Jost, he has to deal with the accident, too. Bill is in shock I suppose and there hasn't been time to find out that he should have some attention, too. However, right now, Bill would be able to deal with that because Tom is his first priority.
I sense a lot of heart ache on the way and I look forward everything AND the level of their relationship at this point ...and all that! :D

I've been craving an Amnesia story for so long and I'm so happy to see you came up with this, looks very promising :D
You know, this first chapter made me remember the last days I spent with my dad in the ICU after a brain surgery 16 months ago. There were complications and the doctors told us he was not going to wake up anymore, I was able to see him only for 7 minutes every 8 hours so I spent those precious moments with him holding his hand, stroking his face and just wishing I could climb up in bed with him and hold him real tight.
Anyway, sad memories aside I think this chapter is amazing and I can't wait to read what's coming next :)
