Mainly I was confused by this phrase: "I'm sure there'll be plenty of time to get baked after school but in my classroom" -- But in his classroom, what?

In a weird way I liked this. I really liked this. Maybe it could be easily said because of strong provocative topic (and how I love to strech the limits of social codes), but maybe it's more like I've shared that mentality - a bit. Being in that position (although not that brutally) and understanding the weird kinks of power, I get him. It's very appealing feeling. Also how the frustration can turn into sexual fantasies and löot more. It's a wicked circle.
Btw, I also liked it how you IMO turned the (as itself disgusting) scene of the other boys bullying Tom into a almost sexual act. At leaast that kind of power striggle it almost was. In a whole other environment it could have been a hard-core D/s-act.
Maybe I'm just thinking this wrong, but I'm definitely reading the other half of this, too. And btw, I like the King's book. :)
Author's Response: No, you're correct. Tom's bullying scene was a rather sexual act. There's going to be a lot of sexual language throughout this piece because that's how Tom's mind works. He takes out his frustrations of being bullied in a sexual manner... also you will later learn that Tyler's not all that right in the head either.

Powerful chapter!
The beginning of course wasn't very pleasant. That was some nasty ugly boys Tom unfortunately has to face daily now school is back.
The middle part. Well, Bill was rather wise suggesting they stuck together to become stronger together. Tom didn't want that and showed he was no better against someone weaker than him.
And lastly... *g* it was hot - even if Tom was rather violent in his sexual haze. Nice job :D
