Author's Response: You know, that was kind of my first thought at the beggining of this story, to make Bill's secret that he didn't have a penis. But then I thought it over, because if Bill didn't have a penis he would be a girl. And Bill is way better as a boy xD And also because a lot of people were expecting it :)
