Author's Response: That's exactly what he is! He's the character that I can let out my random through. It's nice to have that bit of comedic relief in such a serious story. Humor is what comes naturally for me and the rest is usually a mystery that I have to solve, haha.

I like reading about how easygoing and cheerful Bill and Gustav's relationship is. I don't know why but I think that was my favorite part of this chapter.
It was stressful to read about how the situation, the full gravity of the situation, just crashed down on Bill. I bet though that the prize of being with Tom will be what Bill fights for though, and it'll empower him with strength and focus. :)
Author's Response: Oh gosh, I looove writing interaction between them. It's not even necessary to the plot but it just adds a lighthearted quality that I think the story definitely needs. I'm glad you like it too!

Do you understand?” This made me bust out laughing!!!! The thought of Tom saying that so seriously just cracks me up!
Bill and Tom are very intense! I loved how this chapter really developed their relationship. It's sweet they fell asleep in each others arms.

I can actuallöy feel the anxiety and helplessness of knowing how these seems to be no way out, no way to win this all. It's devastating feeling and easily attracts you to just... forget. Easier that way.
The next chapter will be epic, I know it will. I'm sure all of us have been waiting for the fight - and the aftermath. Can't wait for it! :)

Whew *wipes brow* that was close wit Knox. I still think he was holding a bit of his knowledge back...but why? And am I just being overly paranoid?
Hm, well. Not that I'm glad Bill had a meltdown, but thank god he's finally really woken up to everything he's gotten himself into here. But his plan seems hardly any different than what they've been doing already. Which has been fairly unsuccessful apparently. I can accept being them in private, and mildly animostic around Bu & Crew, but really there shouldn't/wouldn't be too much 'in public' interaction for them to be 'friends, if that' that isn't at risk of being seen by Bu & Crew.
Gustav's text *shakes head* laughed my ass off. But eww, refridgerated cheese fries *scrunched up face* gross.
You are great with it in every chapter, but this one just seems to make it so obvious that they are both guys. The whole first part with the batjrooming situation just really pressed that in for some reeason to me. I dunno why. And I really appreciate that you manage to keep them both that way in such a realistic way. There are so many fics that turn one of them (normally Bill) into a very feminized or overly flamboyant gay guy. And when it isn't one of those two, its the over emotional teenage 'boy' that I look at as more as a teenage girl in a boy suit. And those fics have their place. And as I type this there are fics out there that keep them men...but there's just something so...blatant about how you do it that I love. Most people don't venture to the bathroom I guess. And as a female author you get theirmannerisms and vocals so well portrayed.
But okay...enough of my rambling roundabout praise. I loved the chapter and I was so happy to see such a quick update! Keep up the great work. I can't wait to see the fight and aftermath! *snuggles*
