If perfection could be a thing, then would definitely be this story. I... I can't explain how much I love Rough. I started reading this story without expecting much actually (I always start like that, 'cause I don't want to be disappointed lol) but after the first 2 chapters I was hopelessly in love. The characters are perfectly described, and their evolution through the whole story feels REAL, like they're real and all of that stuff actually happened.
Bill and Tom together are amazing. I wish I could live a love story like theirs, even with all the "bad" stuff at the beginning. They're hopelessly in love with each other, and they're perfectly fine with that. They're friends and lovers, and they've got each other's back, like they always say. Everything felt so real: their fights, their kisses, the way Tom wants to take care of Bill and the way Bill ends up taking care of Tom.
I love how Tom changed throughout the chapters. He was an asshole in the first chapters, and now he's just asked Bill to marry him. It's... perfect. Rough makes you believe that people can REALLY change and become better persons. It gives you hope, and makes you feel loved, and safe, like Bill and Tom feel thanks to each other's love.
Those 2 chapters were the best according to me. I believe it's "simple" (not really simple, but I hope you understand what I mean) to write the evolutions of a story, but the ending is always a pain in the ass. Most of the stories have shitty endings, but this one is simply PERFECT. Again, it felt so real, like all of that could happen even to me.
I can't explain how much I'm grateful to you for writing this story, for making it so perfect and good, and for leaving things a little open ended, in case I stress you so much and make you write a one shot lol
Of course I'm kidding. Rough is perfect the way it is, but everything that may come will be very well welcomed :3

Oh My Goodness !!!! This was PERFECTION! I loved every moment in this story. Girl you made this winter more or less great for me because of that! The epilogue was wonderfull. Oh god where do I start?! Tom character is simply amazing. I am not good with words, so bear with me. To be through all these two have and to have the relationship they do is incredible. I love the way you had the talk and speak to each other, so much like a loving relationship with so sexy thrown in. This "“Let go, baby. Let go,” Bill whispered and kissed along Tom's jaw~~let me tell ya, that was so freakin sexy I felt it! Loved that Tom searched for Bills parents and wanted to give them the opportunity to make amends with Bill and give Bill the option of letting them in his life again or not. All that coinciding with how Tom worked it all out to propose to Bill was just, well...perfect. And to top it off the symbolism of the ring could not be more fitting! I love this so so much, you don't even know-thank you!!! Um, btw...possible one shot in the future of the marriage? I'll beg if it will help... :)

i think that was the best way to start from the rough times to end up in those sweet moments. i'm really happy that after everything Bill and Tom are still together and day after day more in love with each other :) plus all their friends have good life, even Bushido lol
i'm so glad that Tom decided to search for Bill's parents and that he bought a house for them and wants to marry Bill. i feel kinda proud of him, of them :) and when he was talking was talking about kids - that was so sweet and it just made me to wants to read about what will happen with them and that plus one or two persons :)
hmm...so i think, i will start to pray for your inspiration to that story and also for stories you have in mind :)

I honestly can't believe the end has come. I knew that this week was going to be the last chapter, but it saddens me that there will be nothing else written about these characters. I honestly feel so privileged to have been able to join you in this journey. And what a remarkable journey it has been!!
There are so many things I would love to say about this wonderful story, but I think I'll just start off by saying THANK YOU! Thank you for sharing something so wonderful with all of us. Thank you for writing something that I know will be apart of my life (and I'm sure many other people's lives) forever.
I honestly feel like this story is life changing. It's an experience all in itself. It has been such an incredible journey, being able to see these characters grow, fall in love, and become the people who they were always meant to be. It touches my heart in so many ways and I don't think I could ever thank you enough for this.
With your writing, you take me to a whole other place. I forget about all the shit and crap that goes on in my daily life every single week and I feel like there is happiness out there for everyone. This story has seriously been the BEST part of my week! There has never been a story that I have looked forward to as much as this one.
The plot, the characters, and the whole premise of this is truly magical. I feel like I have grown right along with Bill and Tom and the rest of the characters. I will never forget this and I am truly grateful for being able to experience this wonderful piece of art. You are such an amazing writer and not only that, but you're such a wonderful person.
Now, the end has come and I know I will re-read this over and over again. I wont forget it. I laughed, I cried, and I think I even threw my hands up in the air in frustration lol I know it's a good story when I feel so many emotions and this was MOST DEFINITELY a good story! No, scratch that; this was an AMAZING story!
This last chapter exceeded my expections and more! It was so wonderful to see how all of their lives turned out and I think you ended it wonderfully. There were defintely tears shed when Tom proposed! I had a feeling that was how this chapter was going to end, and I'm so happy I was right!
When Bill's last client of the day showed up, I knew there was something going on and when he started talking to his client, I knew it was his dad. I think it was so awesome that Tom made contact with Bill's parents. It shows how much he truly loves Bill, but not only that, how much he knows him as well. Them not being in his life, especially in the future when they get married and/or have kids, would be so hard on him.
These two have come so far and I am so happy everything has turned out for them. Actually, every one of the characters have come so far and it makes me happy to see how all of their lives have turned out. I have enjoyed every moment of this and I am so looking forward to reading more of your writing.

Okay, you did it, you made me cry. I have never actually cried while reading a fanfic before.
-Dries the tears, grabs some chocolate and takes a deep breath-
I’m just going to re-read the epilogue again while word is open so I can type along.
Georg grew up, who knew he could do that! I’m happy that with how everything worked out for him, he deserves it. And even Larry got a job! That’s amazing!
I think Georg makes a really good graphic designer, it suits him. Good thing he did not change completely, it would’ve just been scary if he had.
Tom has really is such an amazing person, now that he’s finally all relaxed and happy he is able to show his soft side and that makes him even more adorable. (Eh, don’t think he would appreciate me calling him that since it’s not very manly….)
But his no sex in the shop rule just sucks, I mean he has a valid point that it would be distracting for him to work there after having sex in the shop, but I’m really on Bill’s side with this. It’s unfair to him that Tom walks around all sexy and greasy but can’t act upon it. I think Tom should just completely cover-up in an overall, something that makes him less appealing. Eh, scrap that idea... Tom could never look unappealing. Good thing he does not stick to the no sex in the shop rule.
Sneaky Tom has the best surprises ever. No matter how much Bill hates them, they really are amazing. I loved the “I mean, since Gustav moved in with his woman” that’s such a Tom way of saying it.
Again, I’m sorry Tom, I have to be on Bill’s side on this... you have definitely gone soft, around Bill at least. ;) But that’s okay, I like soft Tom more than asshole Tom. But so has Bill, cheesy Bill is the cutest thing ever.
Such a typical Gustav action to barge in at a time like that. Hold on, GUSTAV GOT MARRIED?! Aaawhhhhh!!! That’s amazing, I’m so happy for him that his met his soul(food)mate! He really deserves all the happiness in the world. And the way they got married is so perfect for him too, nothing fancy just him and his wifey.
Hahahahahahahaha Bushido did end up getting the job he deserved. Oh he must be so ashamed of himself, he goes from one of the most feared bad guy to serving people and having to smile about it. But you know, good for him that he managed to get his life back on track. :D –continues to laugh at him some more-
Eugh hot hot hot sex in the shop, finally! There are so many things I love about this bit, apart from it being extremely hot, there are also so many references in it to earlier bits in the story. Tom’s keeping up to his promise of letting Bill fuck him, and even though it’s not the first time it is the first time in the shop and a mechanic shop is also the place where they first met. Then there’s Bill staring at Tom’s ass (who wouldn’t) and Tom mentioning it. Bill thinks he’s doing it unnoticed but really, he should know by now that Tom has eyes in the back of his head. Tom always knows when Bill is staring at him, the same thing happened in chapter eight when Tom came to pick Bill up when he didn’t show up for practice. And finally the promise to always take care of each other. That promise holds so many meanings!
Sneaky Tom has found yet another way to surprise Bill. Reaching out to Bill’s parents, despite his own curiosity, probably wasn’t the easiest thing for him to do, after all he didn’t know how Bill was going to react to it. But again it shows what an amazing person he is, he wants Bill to be able to make new memories with his parents and to be able to have them in his life on important occasions but it’s also a reminder that he will never be able to have that with his own mother.
I think Bill being a psychologist is rubbing off on Tom, he’s really learning how to read other people and know what I best for them even if they don’t know it themselves.
And then comes the big finale, and this is where you had me crying, the moment where Tom talks about getting married and having kids. I don’t think I can find the right words to describe just how amazing and sweet and cute this moment is. Tom’s explanation about his choice for the ring, just, so perfect! They are perfect.
And now it’s all done, it’s been an amazing journey and I’m really going to miss them all. But you couldn’t have written a better ending to Rough. Everyone got what they deserved but more importantly, Gus, Geo (&Larry), Tom and Bill are all happy and safe. Don’t think I could’ve asked for more.

i love how geo's logo is larry, and he gave him his own little lizard office! too perfect!
and gustav's married!!! that was a total shocker! but hell, he found someone who loves to eat as much as he did, so it's a match made in heaven.
now i'll admit, i'm not a huge fan of tom being a bottom. in some situations, okay. but with bill...no. this was a little hot though. maybe cuz of the car. maybe cuz tom was breaking his sex in the shop rule. idk.
so yeah, i'm totally gonna miss reading this every week. in fact, i got a little pouty when i saw yes by the word completed. it's like the end of an era!
okay, that was retarded. i'm gonna go now. i finally finished tweaking the hell outta my twitter story, so now i can move on to other things.
