Oh my gosh, this story was so long -- 153k words, holy crap! -- and so wonderful. Lol, can I say that I still wish they would occasionally spar just for the heck of it? ;)

Just need to say... Wow. This was unexpected but I think it fit *perfectly* into the story. Amazing closure here. The Gordon thread technically could have been left hanging, but it's lovely that it was wrapped up ^^ And I found it very realistic as well. It honestly could have gone either way, I thought -- Tom reading the letter or discarding it. Like Bill, I would've understood either way :) But my curiosity liked that he chose to read the letter, heh. As well as the whole closure thing which I already mentioned.
Lol, that potentially degrading thing at the end. "Your mouth was made to suck my dick"? I'd be pretty offended if it was anyone but Tom XD
Author's Response: It means so much to me that you think it fits perfectly into the story. I really was going to leave the Gordon storyline up in the air. Tom was just going to have a dead father who he never got along with and start his life anew. But I knew if it had been me, there's no way I could move forward with so much still left to be solved.
