very nice, even if Bill was in pain!
just have one question, why is Tom calling Bill"Billa" all the time? it's neither cute or used by twins nickname, sounds like an ugly feminine name :/
Author's Response: I donno why I use that nick name. I actually think it fits to Bill. I need a nick name for him some times and Billy doesn't sound much like him. I actually found Billa on here. A lot of authors use it.
