I surely surely surely hope by epilogue, you dont mean this is the end. I'm a little scared. Oh...it's starting already. Vanessa, honey, you might as well pack your bags because Bill is not playing. For now he's being as "civil" as he possibly can, but we all know that things are going to change on that front.

I love how Vanessa is feeling like a third wheel already and she just met Bill. I also love the vibes she's getting off of him. That's because he considers you a threat, hon. *excited grin* My favorite part was when she considered Bill to be strange. Because he so is.

Out of everything I loved in this chapter, that line summed it up. She had no idea what she was getting into. None at all... I think she's getting an inkling now.

You have such an amazing ability to make the reader feel the intensity of emotions. Even with the restricted POV I can feel the tension between all of them. I feel Vanessa's confusion. I feel Bill's resentment and resentment towards Tom for not telling his fiance about him. I feel how Tom is caught in the middle, pulled in two directions. Even the changes in language contribute to that. He's torn between Bill and Vangessa, his old life and his new life...
I ache for them. Please give us some resolution eventually.

ohmygod. my heart just wrenched so badly. the feel to this, the inconvenient silence, the pressuring feelings between them, god just the hurt-- how did you make this to intensive? it's amazing. i can't remember if i've already reviewed a later chapter, but i've been keeping my hands off this on purpose: not to start another WiP (waiting eagerly for the ones i already follow is draining enough), plus the little snippet of this seemed so, so raw emotionally that i need to know it has a fluffy end and that it's finished before indulging:) but boy, am i waiting for the go. (fine, so i might take a sneak peak at chapter two but i will make it to work early today *nods*)
