Oh, god, its so sad and I like it so much!!!! How twisted this statement is, really??!!
I started to read this yesterday and I gave up, it seemed too sad.
And today I have a break and I looked again for it and continued reading.
For once it would of been good to have both points of vue, just like that, not only Toms, but Bills too. Such a long separation would change a lot of things betwen them, though I have a feeling that they will reconnect right from the point they parted.
Hmmmm, now Im so drawn to this fic, cannot go back!!!

I've been meaning to write this for a long time, but hey, better late than never. Right? ;) Out of all the stories in THF, and out of all the chapters in all of those stories, this is the one I have read and re-read the most over the years. Why? I just love a well written third party POV of Bill & Tom, and this is the best one I've come across. It captures all the right emotions. And every time I read this, I'm thinking what exactly Bill is trying to communicate in the kitchen with Tom. You know, that part where the words are not needed. That part frustrates me to no end, so no wonder Vanessa feels excluded. Also, that whole restaurant part feels so realistic, and awkward, and just like it should be. And therefore I keep reading this chapter (and story) again and again. And I think this was the story that pretty much got me hooked on THF to begin with, so it definitely deserves a review. Anyway, thank you.

I sobbed, I really did. This whole fic has hit pretty hard, what with their relationship basically having fallen apart, but Bill launching into the list of things that he knows Tom will accidentally do or forget to do... it brought me to tears. ;__; It's the mark of a brilliant story that I identify enough with the characters to sob uncontrollably when horrible things happen to them.
