Poor, poor Tom! Hopefully Bushido will see that he likes Bill very much and be a good friend to Tom by not going out with him. And wow, a kiss! I hope Bill isn't upset about that. Though, I'm sure he won't be, but I have a feeling maybe it will be a bit awkward for a while!
An answer to your question: Well, it is your story, so do with it as you wish! I never really read the smutty parts of stories, but unless that means that I will miss out on a big part I need to know, then it doesn't really matter. But a lot of people do like smut, so I say go for it!
