Very emotional story. Kind of sucks you in. You made me really feel for this Bill. I think he deserves better than this Tom. Oh well. At least the things worked out the way Bill wanted after the long angst. Great story.
The only distracting thing about this story was that it was obvious that it was written not as a TH fic initially. You called Tom Claud, and Ria Hannah in some places. The description of boys (e.g., blond, dark haired) was inconsistent in places.
