Simply gorgeous, the way that you handled the return of Bill's memory was perfect. Now he's remembered he can't just forget what Tom was like before, but at the same time he can't forget what Tom was like now. That balance seemed crucial and you did it perfectly.
I'm also happy for the get back together happy ending as well! I would have respected if you left the two of them apart forever but I am a sucker for happy endings. :D

It was perfectly wonderful, exactly as it was. Don't worry about it. I loved this ending, I know I said when I started I would review everychapter, but it is really late, and I decided I just wanted to finish it tonight, and I wouldn't have been able to do both.
