OMG now I have the image of Bill the kit reading trashy romance novels in the bathroom. It’s an adorable, though somewhat disturbing, image. :3
I love how you worked in so many real-life details about the twins and the band and Andreas – even Bill’s talk about loving to write letters and give/get flowers. The kits are their own precious characters, and yet, you’ve made them so much Bill and Tom. They’re so cute, and it’s exciting to see them growing up! And then Tom’s little attempt at romance just made me grin so big. They are perfect together!

Yay for Andreas being back! Another excellent chapter, love all the little moment between the twins. Omg Tom trying to be romantic was just priceless, so funny and adorable.
One a personal note... I'm leaving tomorrow for Europe and I won't be back for at least 2-3 months. I will definitely keep reading your fics cause I just can't go this long without it, but I just want to let you know that my reviews will probably get shorter... and if I forget, just know that I'm still reading =)

Hi! Well, I'll start off by explaining that I found out about THF only very recently, and that it took me a while to understand how things work here. Plus, I'm kind of shy (and suffer from severe social awkwardness), so I'm mostly a big fat lurker no matter what, and that's why I've written so few reviews around here. I know it's awful, but that's how my personality works, and I'm really sorry about that ;~;
That said, well. You are my favorite author around here. No doubts about it. I often think that yours might be the best fanfictions I've ever read in life. And I read A LOT. I love your style, the way you weave a whole universe of vision and sense and sound around me in every scene you write. I can feel texture and taste in your stories, that's simply amazing. Your choice of words, rythm and images is perfect. You get to be sweet, funny, angsty, sexy, sad, without ever overdoing it. Your writing seems to always hit the spot, it leaves me speechless.
Now, I'm not talking about We Go Together, particularly, I'm talking about everything. Some of my favorite fanfics were written by you. I love Now and Then more than I could possibly explain (must have read it like four or five times), and can't even start to say how much For Tonight Let's Be Lovers made my heart clench. Even when it's just smut, like in your amazing BotTom pieces, it's always so dense and emotional and complete, you don't feel like you're just reading a poor excuse for a sex scene, like with other PWP fics, there's always a depth that makes everything completely natural and... argh, I can't even find words to explain.
So I've been basically being your fan and loving you from a distance, because it takes me the right emotional disposition to reach out and talk, leave a review, speak up... and still, I'm finding it hard to make you understand how your work amazes me. I'm not a native English speaker, but that's only part of the problem. It's just too many feelings to express all at once, so bear with me. .-.
After spending a couple of weeks completely submerged in your amazing youkoverse, reading this amazing, beautiful story about growth and love and trust and loss, I felt that I couldn't keep myself silent any longer.
This is one of the most beautiful fanfics I've ever read. The characters are so deep, complex and well-thought! You've been using the twins' life as an inspiration, but it feels like that's all it is: just an inspiration. Your universe, your reality, the scenario and events, the choices characters make, the dialogues, everything... is so complete, so real. So many published authors never get to create something half as big and perfect. I'd buy a book with this story. Damn, I'd buy several books, a complete series. You're not only a great fanfiction author. You're a fantastic author. Period. IMO if you never went pro, you should seriously consider it. You totally got what it takes.
Now I'm anxiously waiting for the last few chapters from this year, and also can't wait for the seventh year, that I read in your profile you're working on. I think I'm going to reread some of your stuff while I wait.
I'm sorry for the long review and I'm sorry for being a lurker. Every time you said that reviews keep you writing I felt a pang of guilt. But here it is, my feelings in a nutshell.
You're a fuckin' amazing writer. Never let anyone convince you you're not.

The youkoverse stories have been my pet project from the very beginning. It was what turned me from being a lurker and a reader, myself, to writing stories about Tom and Bill. I love kits more than anything else I've created for Tom and Bill - and like your feelings, mine are very strong when it comes to Tom and Bill! ♥ It makes me so, so happy for you to say you'd buy the complete series - this is definitely a creation I am so proud of, and still working on! :) I am working on going pro. We'll see how it goes!

I love your writing so much! You always bring so much life to your characters! They're so 'fleshed out' and complicated like real people.
And your settings and back-story are so thorough. You really feel like they are in a complete, real world.
I love the parallels from your kit story to things from the twin's actual past. You took inspiration from their real life and re-interpreted it in such inventive ways, but still stayed true to the inspiration without veering off into crazy 'where did that come from?' land.
It is always fun to read what you put the twins through (or what they get up to themselves)! :)

sidenote, i may have hopefully caught a few hints to their developing nature that may suggest that they will have a little tiny bit of the animalistic flavor to their sexuality that i so enjoyed about the nephilim twins in two against the world...but with a bit more restraint and sense of public decency. idk, but i seem to remember that one of them sort of bit lightly on the other's neck and it gave a strong reaction...i just got the vibe :)
