Oh, I'm so pleased to see a new kit story...and thrilled with the introduction of Georg! All the warnings they got their first day are very ominous, but I'm hopeful that they'll find their way a bit better in Miltonne.

Omg, this is made of so much win! I have been waiting so long for more youko fic and you have definitely delivered with this... They met Georg! *squees* I can't wait till they get to see the rest of the castle... And I wonder what kind of trouble people keep warning them about - it's very ominous after their run-ins with badly intentioned adults in LeRoux. I look forward to reading future chapters with much delight.
Also, regarding cryhavok... I feel lucky to have gotten to see his art long before this chapter appeared. I don't think he would mind in the least that you are using it, in fact, I think he'd be honored. My heart and prayers go out to him and his family right now in wishes that he has a speedy and full recovery.

I'm so happy this delivered! Sorry to take so long. And, I think it's so rare for these people in Miltonne to see one, let alone a PAIR of youko kits running around. They've got good intentions in mind to be warning them.
Same, I'm wishing him a complications-free recovery, he deserves it, but mostly I am hoping for pain-free. And his art is, of course, so gorgeous and I am honored it graces my story.

Yesssss! Thank you for posting this! I’m so excited to read this next step in the kit’s life! I’ve miss them so much!
I’m so happy to revisit this universe. Love how excited the kits were about living near a castle (I would be too!). Georg is so cool! Love his character already! Tom’s interrogations at the end were interesting, I wondering the same things and can’t wait to find out more!
Awesome chapter, love the way you describe things in this series =) Can’t wait for the next chapter =D

Ooooh, I squealed so loud when I saw you had started to post this story! You totally made my week. Loved the start, loved how Bill and Tom reacted to living close to a castle, their enthusiasm is infectious. :D And Georg! I loved how you introduced him and how he kinda saved the twins from the other boys. I wonder why youku are so rare and I can't wait to read how the kits will fare at their new school. Oooh, I also adored that Tom is so gone on Bill, that he just can't get enough of him, hee. I'll be looking forward to more.
I'll keep cryhavoc in my thoughts and prayers, hope he gets better soon. The artwork is gorgeous, btw.
Author's Response: Hooray hooray! It's good to see you again! I definitely tried to throw myself into the mentality of a couple of kids moving from a little town to be near a CASTLE. And this idea for introducing Georg early to the story - they were supposed to meet in the next year - took root and I HAD to do it. This was back when Georg was taller, haha.
We will find out more on all of those things! And as always, Tom is a fool for Bill. :)
Thank you, honey, he deserves all the positive thoughts we can send our way. And even though it's not what he deemed the final, it is beautiful and I love it.
