this is soooo cute. and i see exactly where Tom is coming from, and how he is sacroficing whats best for the both. a lot of the stories in this site make the other characters accept bill and tom's love, even though it's legally wrong. but this story seemed most real to me. i really liked it (:

ok... again,your work is intense. But i do have some objections. First off, incest is only illegal if it can be defined as "vaginal penetration" (at least in germany), since avoiding pregnancy is the real object of this law. Twin brothers sleeping with eachother might be seen as moraly wrong, but it's not illegal, since both or neither are underaged. Now for my question: are they under 18 in your fic? Because only in that case would the have to worry about being "separated", and, even so, such extreme measures would probably not be taken. Just a few years ago, a brother and sister made news in germany because they had had children. They spent some time in jail(the children were malformed), and then the man got sterilized. After that, their relationship was deemed legal.
Author's Response: Well, have you heard about those English twins that got married? They were a boy and a girl, but as soon as they found out they were twins they didn't let them marry anymore (I believe they still wanted to, though). Anyway, back to your question: we are aware of all these things (and even if they can't have kids, sleeping together wouldn't be seen well by people you know, that's why they're afraid of saying it), but they are just scared kids who are too confused to really stop thinking of that all; secondly, the plot had to stick to the lyrics, so we had to write it like this otherwise it wouldn't have been a song fic. We haven't really thought about their age in the fic, not that it counts really much anyway, it's just a sad song fic and it will always just this. Anything clear? :) and thanks for your compliment :D

I loved and hated the ending, Bill's last line was so heart-breaking I almost cried.
You're both amazing authors and I love every piece of work you've done. And this was one of the best.
