askdjfhawifhaskgjhsdlkfjnsdkajgnawoiejf;oasijgh lovely way to start off a review, I know, but. I'm sorry. I can't help it. That's what my emotions do when I finish a chapter of this story. :B
The sudden reversal of roles, Tom coming to the conclusion that he wants Bill, Bill wanting to ignore the entire matter and his feelings... ah, I've got a feeling Bill just doesn't want to admit to something. Or maybe that's simply me being hopeful. Maybe he has yet to come to any sort of mutual realization. Either way, I look forward to it.
And Draco. Oh, Draco, Draco, Draco. That boy holds a special place in my heart. I love him, sometimes I even hate him, but most of all I love when people hate on him. That sounds mean, but he's fictional, so... :P Anyway, go Tom! And I'm glad you managed enough motivation to continue this! Thanks for the update!

Aww... Bill is only hurting himself, huh. His own carnal needs set him up to get hurt. But hopefully he can find some healing in his brother, even if things might be weird between them now. Hopefully the twins don't get even more confused! But then again, that confusion is what makes a story. I feel rambly today.
