This chapter is great!
I'm all for BillxTom but this story would really spice up if Bill finds a human guy who he befriends then falls in love with and the person is willing to do anything to free him. Or it could be a human Bill has met before who has feelings for him which Bill is oblivious to.

The only advice I have is make the chapters longer. But I suppose that isn't very helpful when I have no ideas how to do it, is it?
This was a great second chapter. Are Tom's eyes always silver though, or is it just a sign of Hunger? I can't wait to see more. I loved how protective Tom was of Bill against Creeper David, in bnning him from the castle, and at the party. Keep up the lovely work.

Ok, so, this is a really great start. But, you might consider putting in some sort of page break or something to idicate that there is a time jump/scene change.
I really appreciate thst you took the tim to describe the rooms and everything so well, with out seeming to dawdle over it. You know what I mean?
