It was so adorable, I really love this series. Hope it wasn't the last part (though I have no idea what the next one could be about).
I have to say you found a really original way for them to procreate. Being a bit of perv I was waiting for some fae sex so when they finally did *it* I was like "wait, what?! that was it??", but their way was so cute that I don't mind at all ;P
Also it's sure that in their world the problem of unwanted parenthood doesn't exist ;)
Author's Response: I have a feeling that you weren't the only one waiting on some sweet fairy boning, but I thought it would be nice to keep things fluffy and not reeeeeally throw a sex scene into the middle. Hugs and wishes and kisses seemed like a sweet way to go.rnrnAnd, true! You can wish for days, but if you're not REALLY into it, it's not going to take, so no worries.

Author's Response: Well, this review is five years old, so let's see. Tom and the Emperor are still just grossly happy, and the Empress is absolutely content with her lot in life. Bill and Amara ended up with kids three and four (twin girls, Genevieve and Alaina). Milena did end up going to college in this world and is about half way through an architecture degree. Christopher is complaining HEAVILY about needing to start looking for a wife soon (he's 18, after all, the clock is ticking), and Sebastian is complaining right along with him. They still tend to lock themselves away in the music room. Benjamin is 7 and starting to show an aptitude towards music, which pleases daddy Tom to no end. Carlotta has two new kids (boys, Aaron and Michael) with her new(ish) husband. They live on the grounds of the palace so she can stay close to her older boys. :)
