Ok, so I know that Tom is technically the one that started the fight, but his dad needs to stew for a day or two, especially if Tom has to pay his parking tickets anyway. He can consider that bail and be happy Tom isn't taking him to small claims over the whole thing.

He could have found a better time and place to tell his father about Bill being a boy and him being gay. And while hitting is never the answer I'm a little proud of Tom for decking him his his bigot-y mouth. *grr*

It just kills me that no matter how many times his dad kicks him, trivializes his opinions and beliefs Tom still wants him to be a part of his life. I understand why, but there is only so much you can do before you just have to cut that other person off. I think Tom and his dad have reached that point. I don't see him suddenly having a change of heart and accepting all the things that are "wrong" with Tom. His wife never would have wanted any of this.

And as a side note, I hate that Elliot has been borderline abused by Jorg. That poor dog is so afraid of everything it makes me sick and I'm not a huge pet person. I mean I don't think they should be beaten and abused but I'm not the kind of person who has to fight not to bring home every kitten and puppy I see.I have like a 2 year pet tolerance before I'm ready not to have it anymore. *shrugs*

In summary, let the asshole rot for a few days.

Oh wow! What an exciting chapter! I should have seen it coming with the way Tom's dad acts but I didn't. Really like this twist, Tom is finally standing up for himself and I couldn't be more proud of him! So much love for this fic, thank you for the update!

Hi....

For one second I thought I could have gone smoothly...ust for one second when Jorg said he knew....
But soon it went downhill and Tom was in cuffs. This boy...
And poor Bill who is left to try and solve all this ordeal. A bit stressed but I think he handled it quite well.
Tom wants to get his dad out?? It doesn't surprise me that much. Tom is a good boy, and depsite all their issues, he loves his father.
And of course you needed a cliff sentence, like usually.
How will Bill react after Tom's sentence?
How will Jorg when his son and his boyfriend get him out?
Like in every chapter, once it's over I can't wait to know what will happen next to the boys.
Go on surprising me! I love this story.

At first I was like, OMG YAY AN UPDATE!!!

But then I was all OH NO A FIGHT D:

Ack! Such drama and difficult situations. :( Poor Bill, and poor Tom. I hope Jorg will come around for Tom's sake. This started as a funny, light-hearted story but now it feels much more realistic and kind of painful at times, like when Bill debates whether to write "boyfriend." :(

I hope both Tom and Jorg start behaving better and thinking about what they say before they say it. And I hope Bill and Tom get some happy times after this!
