If Caelan's job is to help break Bill down faster, he's pretty good at it. I really think so far that he's only making things worse, not better, because Billl being attatched to him is the perfect control mechanism. If that's part of Chris's plan and not an incidental thing then the man just got even scarier. Kinda sad, but updates of this fic are the highlight of my day at the moment >.>

It never crossed my mind that they might target Tom as well. Nobody around Bill is really safe from them at the moment, so he's got even less of a case to feel safe. This continues to be amazing, and Bill's emotions cut right into me.

I vote go with the sex scene, but largely because if everytthing else is vivid, then the first time they do that it'll be even more clear. Everything else blurs when you're in a situation like that, but the first time never leaves. Reading what you've got so far made my chest tight, I don't doubt you could carry off the rest.
