He's said on many occasions that he usually starts his day at like noon. Not all of them are super tight, but I was thinking of the ones he wore when he went out shopping in LA with Natalie. Yeah he was a little brat that's why he needs to be punished! There's a bit of a backstory on Bill's "rape". Technically Bill went to Bushido looking for trouble. Bushido left Bill a mess though and Tom had to clean Bill up. Technically Bill wasn't raped though and he didn't really get punished for it. Submissive Bill is just nomable! I love him!
