But while I'm getting things off my chest, I have a serious phobia of sharks and so I really do read stuff about them on the off-chance that I'm ever in the ocean and encounter one. Which I know will NEVER happen, and yet I'm still prepared haha. But I have no fears about them being in swimming pools lol :D I'm glad you're excited for the convo with Tom!! Thank youuuu! XD

Great chapter. I loved the random facts about platypi. And no I didn't know about the cheek pouches, but I did know about the tail. Did you know that male platypi are venomous?
It was such a Bill reason to say he didn't want to be a platypus because their penises are small, but I would think that if Bill were to be turned into a platypus, his penile proportions would remain the same, and he would be very attractive to the other platypi.
I was beginning to wonder what the hell happened to Nat, I am glad she made a reappearance. She was a good friend,trying to get Bill to not call Tom in a drunken state. It isnt her fault Bill bro- well technically he didn't break a pinky promise did he? I'll bet he used his other finger on purpose that sneaky little bastard!

Bill is this practical child grown-up who seems more otherworldly than Tom will ever get. Tom did good scratching on the surface of Bill's armour. The kid probably really needs someone to tell about his dark secrets and Tom is old enough to handle what Bill has to tell when he's ready.
