Author's Response: Hehe, you're very smart. Bill technically lives in the Roman Empire (not the city of Rome itself), and I imagine Vesta being in the middle/south of modern-day Italy. I named the town Vesta after Hestia, the Greek goddess of hearth and home, because that's her Latin name. The other names are as you said. And yes, ancient history rules! :D

Loving this. And to be honest I'm surprised how gentle you made Jorg with his slave but I like it. People tend to take his abusive side overboard. So this side of him is cool.
Ps. I think Tom always looks his best in Green. I just love that colour on him.

Even though I'm fascinated with the story, the insight in the older society that you introduce, I can't help but blush red as a tomato while reading x3

Whoa, is Justin Bieber in this story! Well, I'll just say I'm already hooked on the fishing line, and you're reeling me in, so I must continue it right.
Just kidding, I'm loving this story already. I must say, when I saw the line "no more than ten" I thought the slaves were young and I was like omg, but then I read onwards and released my frown in the process (yes I'm that dramatic);) And also I was a little hesitant to read more but then the intrigue overpowered it so now I'm totally into this! I guess I love how this story shows the characters personality and differentials. It also makes you sad/excited/shocked/and guilty at the same time while reading it.
Anywho, I'm going to stop going on and on about how much I love this story already. I'm totally for the updates every 2 to 4 days btw!

Author's Response: Bill and Jorg are actually acting typically of the male citizens in the Roman Empire, however nowadays people find such treatment of others immoral. Back then it was not contested. And yea, the syncope will crop up again somewhere.... :)
