I can only shake my head at Tom's poor excuse of trying to save Bill from making a mistake and then leave the room the next taking Bill's 'prize' with him. With out knowing the details yet, of course, Tom is a dick head. But on the other hand, Bill will pursue them, and then explosions will happen that I'll wait eagerly for :D
I adored their bickering as they sat in the limo negotiating the bet *G* Totally playground conditions with those twins!

OMG NO WAI Wow, Tom. That's low of him. Real low. If there weren't delicious twindrej sexytiems ahead I would be angrier.
And as for the actual review part of the review, I liked how you made the setting of the story! It was detailed and set the right mood, but without being too much and detracting from the characters and plot.
You also captured the mood of a party, with all the social niceties going on. It's easy to imagine this taking place, and it's because of your writing; your writing really draws the reader in. It's fresh to read, if that makes any sense. It's never stale or recycled language; it's all fresh.
