I think you're off to a great start! I'm a sucker for fics where Bill is bullied and there's angst and hurt galore.
I noticed a couple grammar mistakes. Not spelling or punctuation mistakes, but rather some minor technical problems with some of your sentences. I'd recommend finding a beta just to sort out any possible mistakes.
Now that I've finished my grammar rant (because grammar is my obsession)... I'd say that other than that, this story is wonderful and I can't wait to see where it's headed!
