Tom's power is so cool =D. I really wanna know what happens if he tells someone there is no sky now. That would be awesome.

I liked it, except the part where Tom felt instantly protective of Bill and made Bill the most important thing in his life. Just like that? Made me think of Twilight. There was so much chance to develop them as characters, and to have their relationship grow to that point, but instead it was like "boom. he's the reason I live for no apparent reason."

It's still in interesting story, and the universe you're describing is different from anything else I've read. Your dialogue flows easily and is realistic.

Author's Response: forming sudden attachment is easy when there is a massive hole in ones heart. it also occurs when people are taken or move to a new and unfamiliar place. people quickly form bonds with someone of their choosing as a self-protection instinct. I also might have not expressed it as clearly as I should have. I meant it was that moment that he first began to feel such feelings of attachment...yes I suppose it's a little like twilight, but twilight is unrealistic in the fact that no one could keep their virginity for over a hundred years. Edward would have fallen in love, or at least fucked a couple times before bumping into and falling in love with Bella. whereas in this story, it's a matter of having gone through a rough puberty, manifestation, and then separation from those whom one had grown up with like parents or friends. so now that these mirrors are together it's just almost natural that they would begin to group together and form what we might call rather unrealistic attachments. let me know what you think.
