Fuck you. Yes, I went there, I started another review with those two words. However, I can justify my actions this time, and you deserved it. You see, it's around 1 AM, and my throat hurts like Satan. Appearently, going out for a two-hour walk with a sore throat will end up in a full-blown cold. Who would have known...
Anyway, back to justifying my actions. Somewhere in the middle - this part, to be precise: "'Oh my God look Scotty! Your favorite game! Invisible tennis ball!'" - made me laugh like a maniac. MANIAC. Like from the bottom of my throat, as if I had just killed someone. And that was very, very painful. So, yeah. Fuck you.
I also realised, somewhere when Tom's mother was being very sweet, that there's an actual person (or should I say mastermind, huh?) writing this story. (come on, don't pretend my words doesn't flatter you, princess.)
That's either very scary, or downright genius. (Come on, admit it, I'm totally stroking your ego in all of the right ways at the moment. And I think that you're liking it.)
So, I should probably end this review with a cosy hug. Like, a big fucking cosy hug. Because you've just made my night a little bit better. Thank you!

Loved this so much. Bill being welcomed into the family so easily is beautiful. Gordon and Simone are awesome parents. I adore the banter and rapport that Tom has with them, it's such a warming thing to see.
I just want to hold Bill and rock him gently and love him like he deserves, it breaks my heart that he's so skeptical of life. Can I be his Mama? I'll adopt him as well as you.
