I'm going to have to keep it short, since I'm behind on scedule already because of reading this lovely piece.
I really loved it and Tom's continued attempts to both seduce and annoy Bill are absolutely precious.
For some reason, I want Bill to get emotional, after what Tom pulled or will pull in future chapters(maybe slap him, idunno xD) and Tom finally getting serious after he realised he really went to far and them having a seriousl non-pressuring conversation and THEN they have hardcore sexy times and Tom can gloat about having been right all along.
Okay, that's rather elaborate, innit? sorry about that. I really do love the story and I'm glad you updated even after so long a time :D
(pull that again though and I'll have my rotten tomatoes ready)

I think something needs to happen with Mountain Dew. Maybe Bill is very thirsty one day because he's taking a little medication that has a side effect of dry mouth or something. So, Tom takes out all the water and all other beverages out of their dorm and replaces it all with mountain dew. Bill has no choice but to drink it, and it makes him really weird and hyper and touchy feely? Maybe, maybe.
